Support responded same day I opened a support ticket. The issues required me to send the product back and solution was proposed the same day. Was not charged for the returned item. Almost as soon as the product was shipping to Drop, I got a notification that my replacement was on the road.

They charged me for the shipping, however they don't take charge that the item still hasn't arrived to its final destination, as it should have. They should clear customs, get the package to the final destination and charge accordingly. Mi item is in the country for more than a month, I have complained them, but they don't answer. The mail system here isn't any good either. Drop has got really nice products, but I'm not ordering from them again.

I am so pleased with my Drop experience. I ordered headphones for my boyfriend and then they went on sale shortly after for ~$30. I reached out to support asking if they would honor a price adjustment and they said they were more than happy to be fair and complete this request. I am so thrilled and really appreciate Katlyn's help. Thank you!!

Shopping part was a breeze. Shipment and everything was on time. Yet that's not the best part. I bought an HD 6XX and a couple of hours later it went on sale. A couple of days later after the item was delivered I emailed them and they made a refund. After I got the item! The fact that they made it days later was amazing. Thank you Drop.

Honored Price Protection with new sales! The item I originally ordered was already on sale when I purchased, but the following day, it had an even bigger discount and Drop refunded me the difference in price. Very happy with their customer service and their timely response!

I bought a new keyboard from Drop and the next day they had a sale which brought the price down by about $35. I emailed support and they responded to me the same day and issued me a refund of the difference between the two prices. I am very appreciative and can't wait to get my new keys.

Site is nicely laid out, product categories are easy to drill down into. Ordering is easy, product delivery was quick.

Had an issue with clipping on my Focal Headphones. Joseph and Liz helped me out with the RMA process which went very smooth.

Terrible store, cheated! I bought headphones by mistake, I wanted to exchange them for a higher model. Requested to issue a return of the goods to the store for exchange!
The seller gave the label, I sent the goods. They received the parcel in the Drop warehouse! And the store refuses to return the money!
in general, I was left without money and without headphones! Support does not solve the problem! They took both headphones and money! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THESE SCAMMERS TO ANYONE!

Experienced an issue with my headphones and reached out to support for help remedying the problem. Followed a few basic steps to ensure it wasn't a commonplace issue before Damian walked me through the steps on replacing the headphones. Insanely quick response time and a very painless process!

The Drop THX AAA 789 amp has a better reputation than it deserves. The components are cheap. Mine failed for no reason - it wasn't dropped and it didn't overheat - it just stopped working. But the really bad news is that these guys don't service their products. Doesn't work? Too bad, we can't help.
Update: Someone at DropYourPants said they would be in touch "to help". Here's what they offered: "Click the On/Off button real fast several times". That was their idea of help. Stay away from these guys.

I unfortunately did not receive my order of keycaps, so I contacted customer support for help. There was a lot of back and forth between me contacting the shipping company and drop. It was a bit frustrating, but I did receive a refund as an exception, even when lost packages are not covered by them. Overall, it was a somewhat long but positive experience with customer support.

There was a bit of confusion re an email I received after I placed my order. Joseph promptly answered my questions and assured me that my order was being processed.

horrible product with horrible support behind it - received headset that could barely be heard at max volume. Took more than 2 weeks JUST for them to finally process the return because they apparently couldn't figure out how to provide me with shipping return labels. Very unprofessional clueless support

Great experience. Was worried that I could return a product however I just returned an order because I just didnt like the product and was able to do it successfully.

Drop.com is very awesome! They were the only website that had the keycaps I wanted. They are also VERY fair. The keycaps I ordered went on sale like 3 days after I got them in the mail, so I emailed support and told them about it, and they refunded me the price difference! Not a lot of companies will do that, so I am very happy Drop had a price protection like that in place. I will be buying from them again in the future.
