I have been a member since 2015.
I have been a member since 2015 and I purchased an item from drop back when they were called massdrop.
Since then I have tried multiple times to purchase items through the years with my debit card only to have my order canceled and my money refunded.
Recently I wanted to get into keyboards on the higher end only to still be met with that same issue. Except this time I showed my ID which happens to be a cdl and I still get rejected.
Do better and stop blaming a payment processor. If they don't work get a new one.

Two years in the making
I don't know if this is normal but I've been waiting over two years for my keycaps.
For now their are no substantial updates, except a monthly email from support apologizing for the delay, with a notice that the items will be shipped in a months time; been like this for a years time. First time customer since October 2021

Multiple Bad Experiences
I have ordered from Drop many times and have had quite a wide variety of experiences, but my overall experience has been quite negative. Almost every single package that I’ve bought, I’ve had to contact customer support at one point or another. While they are typically quick to respond within 24 hours and rather polite, I am never given information that is useful. On my most recent order that is still ongoing, I had ordered a product that is branded with Drops name. The expected shipping date was supposedly December 29th. I waited a few days after and still hadn’t heard anything, so I decided to contact support to see what was going on with my package. The response that I was given said that packages can be delayed a few days at times, especially around the holiday season. That is completely acceptable, and I find nothing wrong with that. However, a few days after the new year, I received another email saying that my package had been delayed an entire month and wasn’t given a single reason as to why. It came across to me as if the support team didn’t know why, which I find absurd considering this product is made by Drop and not one one of their sub-vendors. I find it absurd that I ordered a product nearly 3 weeks before it said it would ship on the website, just to have it still be delayed for an entire other month. This wouldn’t have been such a big deal if anything could’ve been clarified, but the website STILL says my packages expected shipping date is December 29th despite that it’s been a week since. I have had nearly identical experiences with other small products I have ordered. Also, their warranties on their keyboards are rarely honored as experienced by myself and some other people I’ve communicated with. I had a CTRL v1 that one of the LEDs went out within the 1 year stated warranty within the description. Customer support told me that this was not covered under the warranty, but they never made it clear how or what is and isn’t covered under the warranty. My experience here has been very frustrating overall, especially since I’ve given them multiple chances. The only reason I am not giving 1 star is because all of my products have eventually made it to me in normal condition.

Customer support is terrible
I contacted Support 5 days ago, they were quick on the first day but after giving them my issue they haven’t contacted since, no updates, no communication, they won’t help me after they sent me a faulty, broken product, I feel like I was scammed out of $150, at this point just let me get a refund and I’ll buy a keyboard elsewhere.

BEWARE of ordering from Drop.com. First, they do not have a telephone # for customer service; they only communicate via text/email. Second, they have poor policies and substandard customer service. Third, their shipping involves DHL from warehouse to local post offices, who then deliver to the home or business; this means everyone passes the buck on who is responsible when packages are missing. The story: I ordered a keyboard for my son for Christmas on 12/8/23. They supposedly shipped it on 12/12 (we live 2-3 states away from their warehouse). I messaged on 12/24 when I still hadn’t received it. Katlyn responded promptly and was polite, but said they shipped it, there was nothing she could do, and to message again after 12/27 if I still haven’t received it. I had one disappointed kiddo on Christmas as this was his big present. I called DHL to get updated tracking information since all I could see was that a shipped label was created on 12/12. DHL said they wouldn’t even look up my tracking # until it was more than 10 business days after the estimated delivery date, which I was never given. I still hadn’t received the package today, 12/29, so I called DHL who would finally talk to me. They said a shipping label was created on 12/12, but DHL never received the package so it was never shipped and was not in transit. If Drop had bothered to check with DHL on 12/24 instead of just telling me it was on the way, they would have discovered this and gotten another one in the mail immediately. I messaged Katlyn at Drop again today and asked her to either resend it or refund my money. I also requested that they do expedited shipping since we’ve been waiting 24 days and she said they couldn’t do expedited shipping. It will take 3-5 days to leave their warehouse and another 4-10 days for shipping! Completely unacceptable when it’s their error in the first place. If my son didn’t want the keyboard so much, I’d take a refund. I will NEVER order from them again. They did absolutely nothing to make this situation right.

I wanted to return one of the two items I received (not defective, just not needed anymore), and after submitting the request, they responded back within a day and approved the return. And a few days after I dropped the item off for return at UPS, they approved the refund. And after a day the refund was posted.

Fast/reliable support
When the usb-c port on my expensive sense75 keyboard came off a couple of months outside the return period, I received an almost immediate response to my support request and was simply asked to send the damaged board back (provided label/rma, no cost).
Minutes after my shipping label was scanned at UPS, I received an update letting me know a brand new replacement sense75 had been shipped. I received it 2 days later without issue.

European buyers watch out!!! I ve bought an item and it arrived with a problem. First I thought that I made mistake.. And was not the right headphone afterwards I ve seen that one of the drivers was not functioning well. The day after receiving because I was in Europe they didn't even want nor to refund nor to repair. Never experienced something like that in my life. They took the money...and flew away..
