Horrible service and in the end no shoes
I purchased a pair of shoes that was in stock and scheduled to ship the next day. No communication about a delay or back order. I call after 22 days and they say their policy is they will ship with in 45 days!!! I placed another order for a different color. Same scenario. Needless to say, almost a month later they cancel my orders. No reason listed AND my size/color is still listed as available to buy on website. I love the sandals but highly recommend buying them from a reputable company that will actually ship you the product.
Nothing but a waste of my time and money..
I recently purchased some Insoles for my boots and when I cut them they were too small for my boots. I have used Dr. Scholl’s insoles many times in my life. I’m very disappointed with the new way of doing things no longer size stamped its a piece of paper that you have to lay on the insoles and cut. Big joke right? Then you cut them to your size and their pattern is a whole size smaller. I will throw away my shoes or boots before I ever buy your Chinese made garbage again.

When I called about my return, I could hear employees in the background yelling “hurry up” multiple times while handling my issue — completely unprofessional and chaotic. My refund still hasn’t been processed even though the return was received. I expected better communication and respect from a brand like this.

Absolutely horrible
Absolutely horrible. I tried calling CS numerous times after the sandals I ordered went on sale, over Memorial Day weekend , 2 days after placing my order.
I was never able to get through, after over 30 minute wait times, which consisted of intermittent elevator music and obnoxious phone beeping, as if a child was playing with the phone. I then tried a live chat, with a different CS number, where I was directed to pay a fee to have a rep call me back. Finally, after a week I received a response to my email ( tried that too) telling me that unfortunately they couldn’t give me the price adjustment because the sandals weren’t on sale. They WERE on sale- the reason for my inquiry. Three complete scams. I will not be ordering from Dr. Scholls again. This should be a “ no star” review.
Bought a pair
Bought a pair, cut them, went to put them in my shoe and the back of the insole by the heel would not lay flat in my shoe and I could not cut it. Took them back and bought another pair, they fit in my shoe but I did not realize I would have to buy a shoe a half or full size bigger than what I am in because the insoles are to tall in my shoes. I am not very happy as I thought they would be a little different and this was my first time buying insoles. Unless they are thinner than what I got or your shoe is bigger than normal I would not get them. Not saying they don't work, I am just not pleased with them. Also, how are you supposed to read the directions when they are on the inside of the package and it does not just open..?!
"Satisfaction guaranteed" is a joke
"Satisfaction guaranteed" is a joke. They do not take returns of shoe inserts that haven't been used or worn. If you want a refund, you have to donate the inserts to a charity and submit the charitable contribution receipt with the guarantee form. If the insoles have been worn at all, you can't donate them. No donation, no refund. Satisfaction guarantee is a LIE!

Es macht unsere Haut süchtig. Durch zu aggressives Entfernen der Haut erneuert sich diese schneller und härter. Sie können es bereits zwei Tage nach der Anwendung dieses Produkts an Ihrem Fuß sehen. die Haut ist härter und rissiger.
Chinese made not what we want!
I am not happy with this company as all their products were made in China. We looked on the package in Walmart. Today more than ever it’s important to support other countries and always American made products. We purchased a competitor brand in place of Dr. Schulz as we do not want to support China.. I would not recommend their low quality made stuff to any American!

I’ve recently suffered a bad foot and ankle break, and purchased a Dr SCHOLL’S product that I thought would alleviate some of the ongoing pain, but it was not the right purchase. I contacted the company to request returning the insert. Within 30 hours, my concern was attended to and I was granted a refund. UNBELIEVABLE customer service! I am flabbergasted at the incredibly quick response and ACTION that I received! Thank you so very, very much!!

I ordered from dr. Scholls France almost two months ago and have still not received my order. It was advertised as fast shipping and it’s been almost two months and still haven’t received the product or any info on when I will receive it. 1 star is too much. Worst customer service. I hope this place goes out of business. They won’t cancel my order immediately after I ordered it. All I wanted at first was to change the cf number. They say that’s an exchange. It hasn’t even begun to go through shipping process. Now I want to file a lawsuit. What is wrong with people these days.

And I've yet to receive my package. Call customer supporthey basically told me too bad that's the way it is, FedEx has had the package for the last Week and a half, It does not take that long to delever. Nor should customer support treat customers like garbage. I will not do business with this company ever again.

Printing the coupon is a very, very cumbersome affair. I emailed customer care several times for help, to no avail.
Considering that Scholl products are pricey, I will definitely look into other brands for my needs.
Scary. No orders in my account???
Scary. I placed an order at 11:30pm and never received a confirmation but my card was charged. Logged in and my account on the site says "There are no orders" that is just so scary. I do not feel safe ordering from this site.
** UPDATE: Around 1:45am I finally received my order confirmation email, and then at 9:40 received a tracking number, so at least they printed out a label for FedEx. I still don't feel comfortable ordering from them ever again, nobody should be freaked out like this for hours after spending $80.

SHAME on this company, it is the senior and older citizens like myself that help build this co and they serve us up products that are useless And money back guarantee, you have to jump through hoops. First call Customer Service, they send you a form, fill it out, attached original sales receipt, UPC and mail it back, THEN WAIT..it gets reviewed maybe 8 weeks you hear back. then they email you a return label and you have to mail the product back,.. are they for real!!! OH ya, I use to trust the DR Scholl brand
