Omg! What fantastic customer response time!!
I’ve recently suffered a bad foot and ankle break, and purchased a Dr SCHOLL’S product that I thought would alleviate some of the ongoing pain, but it was not the right purchase. I contacted the company to request returning the insert. Within 30 hours, my concern was attended to and I was granted a refund. UNBELIEVABLE customer service! I am flabbergasted at the incredibly quick response and ACTION that I received! Thank you so very, very much!!

I ordered from dr. Scholls France almost two months ago and have still not received my order. It was advertised as fast shipping and it’s been almost two months and still haven’t received the product or any info on when I will receive it. It’s also shipping from china for some reason, I’ve asked for my money back multiple times and just keep getting told to wait. Complete scam, do not recommend

I could not stand on my feet after an 8-hour shift then I tried Dr Scholl's and my feet don't hurt at all anymore people are crazy not to buy this product

1 star is too much. Worst customer service. I hope this place goes out of business. They won’t cancel my order immediately after I ordered it. All I wanted at first was to change the cf number. They say that’s an exchange. It hasn’t even begun to go through shipping process. Now I want to file a lawsuit. What is wrong with people these days.

Customer service is purely a machine and be 100% sure on your size.. I needed to pay €13 (more than three times the price that I paid for receiving my order.
100% not recommended, if you have a issue, customer service will clearly not help at all!

I ordered a pair of Harrington More than 2 weeks ago.
And I've yet to receive my package. Call customer supporthey basically told me too bad that's the way it is, FedEx has had the package for the last Week and a half, It does not take that long to delever. Nor should customer support treat customers like garbage. I will not do business with this company ever again.

The only thing this product accomplishes is freezing and removing your money from your wallet. Will burn your skin will NOT remove any skin tags. Please don't waste your money. Horrible customer service and loyalty.

Terrible customer service. The Scholl company ran a promotion called "E tu che piede sei?" where I would receive a 6-euros coupon following a purchase of 12 euros minimum.
Printing the coupon is a very, very cumbersome affair. I emailed customer care several times for help, to no avail.
Considering that Scholl products are pricey, I will definitely look into other brands for my needs.

Scary. I placed an order at 11:30pm and never received a confirmation but my card was charged. Logged in and my account on the site says "There are no orders" that is just so scary. I do not feel safe ordering from this site.

** UPDATE: Around 1:45am I finally received my order confirmation email, and then at 9:40 received a tracking number, so at least they printed out a label for FedEx. I still don't feel comfortable ordering from them ever again, nobody should be freaked out like this for hours after spending $80.

SHAME on this company, it is the senior and older citizens like myself that help build this co and they serve us up products that are useless And money back guarantee, you have to jump through hoops. First call Customer Service, they send you a form, fill it out, attached original sales receipt, UPC and mail it back, THEN WAIT..it gets reviewed maybe 8 weeks you hear back. then they email you a return label and you have to mail the product back,.. are they for real!!! OH ya, I use to trust the DR Scholl brand

I have been using Dr Scholls insoles for several years. I used the foot grading machine at Walmart and found it to be very accurate. I currently have 3 sets of insoles the oldest is about 2 yrs old and still works OK. I have lower back, leg and feet problems. My insoles help with cushioning, balance and pain. Without them I would lose a lot of my mobility. I highly recommend Dr Scholls insoles for anyone who has foot, leg & back problems.

Dr Scholl mod neglesvamp. Tænk at de tar så meget for den, og så lukker den ikke tæt. Skal jeg hele tiden være opmærksom på at den ikke ligger ned så indholdet løber ud !!!??? :-/ Synes den er alt for dyr i forvejen !

J'ai effectué une commande chez vous pour un produit Scholl début Février . Suite a un premier contact mail avec le service d'assistance , j'ai envoyée tt les pièces demandées .
DEPUIS plus AUCUNE nouvelle ( plusieurs relances de ma part !!!) .
Ce n'est PAS commercial et juste honteux .

Die Fußmaske von Scholl überzeugt mich vollends! Sehr bequeme Nutzung, tolle Pflege und vor allem leicht anwendbar. Kann ich absolut nach langen Fußmärschen empfehlen, pflegend und ohne Parfum und Farbstoffe. Die Fußmaske ist einem Socken, dieser kann bequem angezogen werden und nach der Nutzung ist die Creme leicht in den Fuß einzumassieren. Top!

I use the Custom Fit insoles and they work great, if you put them in the right kind of shoes. My foot, knee, and back pain is reduced and many times I don't have them.
