Nicko McBrain's Drum One  Reviews

I was really happy with the service from Drum one.
I got my cymbal at a great price and it arrived well packaged and in good time.
I would be very happy to recommend this company to anyone wanting to buy drums or cymbals

Very quick service couldn't believe how quick from ordering my product to receiving it . Would highly recommended Drumone VERY happy with the interaction with the website to receiving my product.. That's why I gave 5 stars

Poor communication and follow up to the order.
4 screw came bend.

Great delivery, Nice clothes and they fits perfectly.

Easy to order but postage did take longer than I thought.
Maybe that was down to postage company ??

Items as expected, but I would change your courier Parcel Force , other than that a great place to shop .

stuff came promptly! thank you

What made the product great was the quality and the customer satisfaction.

I ordered a shirt and a couple of pairs of Vic Firth Nicko's signature sticks from DrumOne. The items were shipped and arrived very quickly. First time I've ordered from the store and I'm sure it won't be the last. Excellent items and superb service. Great range of products online so something for everyone.

Bought this as a gift , it’s very sturdy well made and worth the price , am sure it will be well used .

Once again i ordered another item from this store and it's amazing how these people CARE about their customers! Perfectly packed! I will mention it again - The BEST Drum Store in UK! And trust me, i tried a few before! If you are a drummer who cares about quality? - Drum One Store!

Quick delivery, very happy

A good selection of drums and hardware. I was searching the Internet for a paiste 900 series 20" medium crash, this is the only place I could find that had one in stock. I placed my order and i received it in a couple of days. Well done Drum one.

Went to Drum One to shop for some replacement cymbals and the guys there couldn't have been more accomodating and helpful.

I spent a good 45 minutes A/B ing different crashes and trying out various cymbals (I ended purchasing extra stuff I hadn't even intended to...). When I took my 2 new crashes back to the rehearsal room to try them out out in the context of my kit, I found that one just didn't sit right with my overall sound, despite it being a beautiful cymbal. Drum One couldn't have been more helpful in sorting me out and helping me get the right crash to replace it.

After being burned by TWO major retailers over the course of two months when trying to purchase these crashes online, this was a pleasurable hassle free shopping experience that brought home the importance of being able to go to a shop and play, inspect, and then walk away with cymbals - instead of receiving poorly packaged & damaged goods or being told that your order will actually enter the UK a full 6 weeks after the date you were given prior to purchase.

Recommended.

Quick and reliable. Very happy customer

Good prices with fast and efficient service.

Excellent service both online and face to face. Great range and speedy delivery, coupled with super knowledgeable staff.

I ordered a couple of bass drum heads online and they arrived quickly and very well packaged! Thank you very much, will be back for more things soon I’m sure

The staff here is exceptionally welcoming and well-informed, and the kits are stunning. Adding Amedia Cymbals and Balbex sticks would make it perfect. Sending love to everyone! ❤️
