The solicitor was initially helpful, but has now not responded to any of my important emails for a long time. He also ignores my emails requesting updates.

He is my assigned solcitor, and my health is at risk due to my nature of my case which I won’t disclose the details of my health, but this is unprofessional treatment from Duncan Lewis to ignore this case. I’ve made a complaint to attempt to resolved with matter and aim to come to a resolution.

My case was handled with the utmost confidentiality and professionalism. The team at Duncan Lewis Solicitors were always approachable, knowledgeable, and very well organised.

My solicitor, Adam Bloodworth, was excellent throughout the entire process. Even when he was unavailable, the firm ensured that another solicitor could assist me within 24 hours, which gave me great confidence in their service. They also offer legal aid, which made the process more accessible.

Before any documents were submitted to court and prior to the court appearance, I met with Adam at least three times. Each appointment lasted around an hour and never felt rushed. He took the time to explain everything clearly and make sure I fully understood the process. Throughout the case, he provided constructive feedback and was always well prepared for court.
Communication was excellent. I was contacted through email, phone calls, letters, in-person meetings, and sometimes video calls, which made it very easy to stay informed.

I am very happy to say that we won the case! I would 1000% recommend Duncan Lewis Solicitors, and especially Adam Bloodworth, to anyone in need of legal support. I would definitely return to them if the need ever arises.

Unfortunately didn't have a great experience dealing with Hina Kargar for a checking service for an Immigration application, last year. This was our first time doing this application, hence paying for this service.
We were unclear from the start what we were actually paying for, it was never clearly laid out. The support we received was minimal, we found it hard to get hold of Hina over the phone so resorted to email, until we were eventually told to stop emailing or we would be charged extra and that the service we paid for was a 'one off'.

The application ultimately was not successful, and had we had better support we believe the outcome may have been different.
