Last year I was told that I have cancer. Not knowing what my future holds, I cancelled many contracts and subscriptions. I'm aware that Duplicator doesn't offer refunds so was shocked to be told that on this occasion, the company would make an exception.

I only contacted them to advise that I would not be renewing my contract. I was told that under the circumstances, I would be given a 50% refund. Imagine my surprise when that 50% became 100%.

Like me, Duplicator seem to put people first. THANK YOU.

I have been using Duplicator for about 11 years as a Wordpress developer. It's ease of use is far superior to anything else I have tried. I get solid reliable backups and uploading a newly developed site to a client domain takes so little time. I have total comfort that if something happened to a site I could have it back up and running on a clean db with a clean backup within 15 minutes. The product is solid and reliable. The support team if/when needed is always responsive. I am super cautious about the plugins I add to a client site but I would never develop/maintain a Wordpress site without Duplicator.

Duplicator is an essential plugin for WordPress that I used for 6 years, managing various different websites over that time. On more than one occasion, the backup of our site is the only thing that saved us from having to completely rebuild it when things went awry. If you have a WordPress site, you NEED Duplicator!

A very solid Wordpress site backup solution, which I've used for over eight years on numerous sites, both large and small.

I spent two days trying to figure out how to migrate a single site from a WordPress multisite to a new domain, and nothing was working. As price increases can reflect the overall perception of the plugin's value, especially if the increases impact accessibility or long-term satisfaction, price increases IS a review of the plugin. Users (or future users) of this plugin have the right to know this information which may interest them.
