First class software, recommended!

Superb Customer and Tech Support!
I love what they're doing in Duplicator because we the customers, only speak to a single point agent until the problem is solved. It's a common experience being transferred or helped by a new agent every point of contact, which in many cases I would have to repeat myself over and over about the situation, but not with Duplicator.

Cost-wise, upgrading to Pro from Basic is totally worth every single penny.

The time came when I needed to change web hosting service and migrate my website. My new host had a free migration tool, but when I tried to use that, it could not manage my website. That left me with either tedious or expensive options - until I found Duplicator Pro. I was able to migrate my site without loss of one picture or one broken link. The only question I had during the migration process was immediately answered by Willy (the AI Chatbot). After migrating, I somehow stumbled while setting up scheduled backups and when I reached out to Support, my issue was quickly addressed and resolved. Support was via email - which allowed my to work with them on my own schedule and that was extremely helpful. All responses were very quick, very clearly communicated and to the point. All-in=all, my experience with Duplicator Pro has been A++

I recently switched from WP Optimal State Pro to Duplicator. I haven't decided which one I prefer yet, because they are similar but not quite the same, and in some respects they complement each other. In any case, I'm happy with this plugin. It's powerful and reliable. One of the best for sure!

I was struggling to try and migrate my site, and when I tried to cancel an agent reached out and offered to help. What took me a week to get nowhere took about a couple days with some friendly help! He broke down the steps and guided me through it, turning a complicated process simple and easy. Absolutely would use again! And a big thank you to Sy!

Had major issues with Godaddy and desperately wanted to get away. First attempt to backup the site failed due to all kinds of blocks they built into their systems to lock in their clients. With the help of Duplicator though and tweaking a few settings backup and transfer to another host worked perfectly fine on second attempt. Saved my tushi. Real happy. These guys know what they are doing and offer great tips on top of it.

They followed up with my problems and concerns and they were with me all the way through until I was able to retrieve my web data, they even coded unique php script for me and my unique web backup restore issue, I honestly couldn't thank them enough!

I had an outdated backup file for a plugin that was no longer operational. The team at Duplicator.com went above and beyond to figure out how to use the data from this plugin to get our website restored. It took a bit longer than usual since we also had a domain transfer in progress due to our previous hosting solution having too many technical issues. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

I’ve been a Duplicator customer for a year, and unfortunately my recent experience was extremely disappointing. The subscription auto-renewed for $400 without any clear or noticeable reminder on my end. I did not receive the renewal notice emails (I checked every folder), and the moment I saw the charge, I cancelled the subscription and contacted support immediately — within minutes/hours, before any use of the product.

Despite this, Duplicator refused a full refund and only offered a 50% refund “as a one-time exception,” even though I did not intend to renew, did not benefit from the product, and acted immediately.

I fully understand how auto-renewals work, but most reputable software companies provide full refunds when a customer does not use the product and clearly did not intend to renew.

This experience makes me hesitant to recommend Duplicator to others. I’m sharing this so future customers are aware of the strict, non-refundable renewal policy and the lack of flexibility, even when acting immediately after an unintended charge.

Duplicator has been fantastic from start to finish. The plugin works reliably and makes migrations incredibly easy, but what impressed me most was the exceptional customer support. They handled my request quickly, professionally and with genuine care.
It’s rare to experience service at this level – highly recommended!
