The support staff were able to access my system and they diagnosed the issue and adjusted my settings. They then ran a couple of tests to confirm things were working. I then ran out a test and they had indeed resolved the issue.

Really top! They helped me a lot and very quickly. I couldn’t manage to make a backup of a site to install it locally. They basically did everything for me and then told me which settings they had changed. Now everything works perfectly. I really appreciate the Pro version, which allows for much more customization. Duplicator is the best for moving sites wherever you want, quickly and easily.

Duplicator is a great plugin for both site backup and migration in a smooth manner. Everything happens in the background, with minimal intervention required. We can't do without this plugin in several websites!

I had to contact support because I was having a problem with the auto-backup feature. It generated errors day after day. The tech support team from Duplicator was super responsive. They not only responded with an hour, but also fixed the problem speedily. Couldn't be happier compared to a lot of other services I use.

Really excellent service at a great price. Migrated my Wordpress site from Godaddy Deluxe Hosting cPanel to Google Cloud Platform virtual machine instance running Wordpress. They were totally knowledgeable and very patient with me while I was learning the GCP platform and issues with SSL on the fly. The set up my site on a temp server of their own, to show that it could be done and that also gave me the confidence to cancel my Godaddy subscription prior to completing the migration to GCP. Great communication along the way and very happy with the end result. Duplicator was highly recommended to my by Athemes, my Wordpress theme vendor, and I highly recommended them to you. I had a problem backing up a fairly large (400+ MB) WordPress site to OneDrive.

I emailed support and it was fixed in a few hours.

The slight downside is I have struggled with their licencing in the past.

Thought-through, reliable, and easy-to-use backup software. Tested different backup and restore software solutions, but have been sticking to Duplicator Pro for years now, easily migrating sites and backing them up without needing to be a developer. Great support team. And a newsletter/blog that's actually worth reading.
