I ordered from this company like a week and a half ago, I got no feedback from my order as far as shipping or even an ETA. Keep in mind, these shoes are not cheap as far as the price. I had to message them to get any info only for them to say they were shipping the same day I messaged. Two days after I get a message saying they are out of stock and if I mind picking another style. I did, the thing is they say it takes about 2 weeks to get them. I wondered if I had not message if they even saw my order. It's so weird. I really wanted to give a good review, but I don't think they care. Anywho, and for the record I did order a clearance pair as well and did get that pair fairly fast. I'll wait and see how long it takes for the replacement to arrive.

I placed an order, size 6.5 ( American Size) but the shoes was too small. My actual size is 6. I reached out to Dwarves, Tina was assisting me and I need to pay my own shipping to return the shoes. I paid US $15.00 to return my shoes and requesting to send me size 7. I specify the length and width of my foot to make sure I will get the correct size. Please take note Dwarves telling that US size but it is not. The shoes are too small compare with n actual US size. To cut the story short, in order to send me the replacement I need to pay again a logistic fees to send my replacement shoes. I told them Dwarves is a KILLER, Tina told out of courtesy she will waive those fees. She's asking me different question, picture of my foot etc. I decided to not to pursue to my new shoes size 7. Refund was credited but less logistic fees which is $28.00. All of this logistic fees was not FULLY DISCLOSE before you place your order. I am American and we don't do that kind of business. We treat our custoner correctly. I file claim with my bank. The purpose of this review to inform and alarm all customer especially if you live in US. American customer be careful and if you still want to place your order with Dwarves make you know that the shoes will fit you otherwise ready for a lot of logistic fees. I will no longer going to do business with Dwarves. In fairness with China.

My first purchased winter boots! They are very comfy, guinuine leather, very soft and true to size.

Since June, I have purchased many pairs of shoes (12) from this company. While the shipping does take about 15 days, as they are made in China, every pair I have fits delightfully and people notice them. I've never had to return a pair, I've bought a couple of returns on sale (those are shipped from New Jersey). Customer service has been very helpful when I had questions. They are very responsive.

The shoes are decent, but they’re not high quality leather. They don’t fit right so I submitted a return and got a sketchy email back with an address in New Jersey to send them to, but that they’d be sent back to China for return processing. When you’re spending $300 for boots, this is terrible customer service. This company is a scam.

I've purchased several of these shoes and they are very comfortable. Dwarves shoes are highly recommended.

I love the loafers - absolutely gorgeous and chic. You can tell they're handmade with real care. They're stylish yet comfortable, and the design perfectly balances classic charm with a modern edge. Durable for a long day walk, and I just bought another pair for winter!

Great communication and the shoes are lovely. Very happy with my purchase.

Misleading advertising — advertised as “leather” and US-based but shipped from China
I ordered some boots (Order ##42020) after seeing their Instagram showing a USA address and product pages describing the boots as “leather.” The tracking revealed the package came from China. When I contacted the seller they confirmed it shipped from China and claimed “excellent quality,” but the boots that arrived are clearly not leather, poorly made, and do not match the advertised photos.
I began the return process and was told I must pay return shipping both to a US address and additionally to China, which would make me lose money rather than be refunded. I do not recommend buying from dwarvesshoes.com until they correct their advertising and return policy. Not honest advertising — buyer beware....You as a company discounted both the shipping to an address in NJ USA and the fee for returning the product to China.

I've had these boots for less than a year and I generally only wear them at fancy occasions (vs every day going out) They are already worn out. The leather material is very thin and the soles are worn down significantly, also the heels are hollow so all I have is a hole now. These are more like $30 boots not $145 boots. Also their return policy sucks. I will not be buying from them again.

These shoes are very attractive and well made. Be aware of exchange policies. You can exchange shoes, but do need to read the details about shipping and fees. I am so excited to wear these shoes.

I recently purchased a pair of Big Foot Wide Fit Leather Penny Loafers because I like a wide toe spread which is hard to find in dress shoes. The shoes are incredibly well made and had a beautiful real-leather smell. Unfortunately, the fit was a little large but the customer service has been very responsive and I look forward to receiving a replacement (half size smaller) pair.

I unfortunately purchased 2 pair of shoes from this Chinese company. One did not fit & they charged me return shipping PLUS $28 restocking- the quality was mid & honestly the stitching on the ones I kept is misaligned & wonky. I would NOT buy from them again. If I had done the research to discover that it was a Chinese company I would NEVER have purchased from them at all- do NOT recommend!

I cannot overstate how pleased I am with my experience with Dwarves shoes & my winter handmade leather lace up combat boots… the superior quality & beautiful construction of the shoes, the responsiveness & helpfulness of their customer service! I will absolutely be shopping here again & again!

When I realized that I needed a half size smaller, Dwarvesshoes made the process very easy and were responsive, promptly.

I got the shoes that I’ve been waiting for. I really do love it and the leather is really good and soft my feet didn’t hurt. The only problem is the size .
It’s too big for me . I think their sizes are kinda big. I will be returning to get a new size.

I recently purchased dwarves combat boots for a concert. I needed something that would be well-made. Comfortable, and stylish. These boots were all that and more. I ordered the wrong size and Dwarvesshoes. Make sure that they remade the right size. After I sent the wrong size back. And make sure I receive them in time for the concert. Thank you so much.
