Excellent service. Delivered quickly and item perfect.

I've taken delivery of a standard titan extruder, this was assembled with the online documentation everything worked out perfectly, and my prints are noticeably better when printing with PETG and ABS, the titan is a great extruder at a good price, I will buy again.

Great products with the diamondback series for Bambu. Super reliable for all filament types. E3D has been really fast for overseas shipping and always shows up on time!

Shipping was super fast even though it was international I got my order in 5 days. Got a Bambu obxidian high flow hotend it works like a champ. As it says I bumped up my flow rate a ton and it prints great.

The high flow Obxidian line are great.

E3D should leverage their partnerships to include presets in the corresponding slicers. It’s a pain to recalibrate and hunt down all the tidbits of information needed to used these nozzles/hotends properly.
At the very least, typical settings must be made available on the product pages. Information to properly calibrate them must also be easily found with the product.

I’ve made good prints with the 0.6 Obxidian nozzle on a Bambu X1C but I have little way to know if the performance I’m getting comes close to what E3D designed them for.

E3D have always provided excellent service and quality over the several years I've been buying from them.

Nozzle works excellently. I am now able to print substantially faster than before. Be sure to dry your filament for best results!

The products ordered arrived in good condition and confirm to my order. Delivery time was as expected and I’m very happy over all.

The package was delivered with a 17€ tax bill (Expected and accepted) and a customs label stating that it was sent without respecting articles 28 and 29 of European law. Not sure what that means but assume that it merits some consideration on your side as it may affect other customers and even result in shipped products being blocked or returned.

Delivery and material is flawless

Ordered expensive hotness. They sent the wrong ones with order and they won’t respond to requests to have it corrected. They have a support ticket system but don’t use it apparently

Bought a revo obsidian nozzle high flow 0,4 and it is really bad... and that import tax was almost half the price of the nozzle itself.

Maybe i should have known….. but i didn’t. Ive ordered a bunch of revo nozzles worth around £180 in the UK. Shipping took a while but saw it was underway to the Netherlands. I didn’t anticipate i had to pay an extra €65,- import taxes. Never had to pay import taxes ordering from China? Anyway the next E3D products ill buy will be through a european (sub)dealer/shop

Extremely fast shipping to the USA at a very reasonable price.

Dislike: Price. You use all Bambu Labs stuff on the head except you make a teeny tiny diamond insert and put it into a chunk of metal that you have designed. You also show the price ex VAT which I think is BAD practice. Also there are no instruction or QCode to scan for user assistance. There is no ID of the maker or the model as many Bambu Lab owners will have multiple nozzles.
The packaging is cheap and nasty and poorly designed.

My order and delivery went well, with no issues. E3D could torment a captive group of consumers since you cant get products like this from anyone else but, they choose not to and I appreciate that :)
The product is lack luster, and the buyers remorse is worse due to the price and unfavorable exchange rate.
That said everything functions but, I would have spent my money on multiple obxidian nozzles over a diamondback.
It would be improbable but incredible, if E3D had an "exchange program" to swap products for FOMO victims like me or, a "marketplace" similar to framework laptops website.
