Pleasant experience very welcoming clean environment .Lady I seen was very informative .
Only downside was still cost full price even though no irrigation /suction was required .Probably would put me off going again in the future .

GP scheduled an appointment for ear syringing, expecting me to wait 5 WEEKS! Got an appointment same day with EARS to get ear wax removed. Definitely worth a visit if you’re struggling with stubborn ear wax build up. The relief of being seen and treated so quickly was definitely worth the £60 fee!

Staff helpful, professional and explained every step of the procedure, as well as offering sound advice on caring for my ears.

Delighted with service and will definitely use EARS again if I am in need.

Top marks , everything checked prior to treatment, medication etc . Was a little anxious as I suffer from bi lateral tinnitus. Has no idea what impact it would have . Gobsmacked at the amount of wax that was removed . No wonder I was having dizzy spells . Tinnitus levels are slightly decreased after an initial spike . The most interesting thing is that I discovered I have a black hair and follicle in my right eardrum . This is a very rare condition and if removed it may eliminate my tinnitus. Ever hopeful. . Kinza was lovely and made sure every spot of wax was removed. Highly recommend particularly if you suffer from tinnitus. Off to NHS on Tuesday to see if they can help with this rogue hair . I'm not overly confident,fingers crossed.

Kinza was warm and welcoming to my 84 year old mother. Explained what would happen clearly. Spoke at a good volume which is great as my mum is hearing impaired. People often initially speak up but then quickly revert to lower volume and end up having to continually repeat themselves. Ears were cleaned thoroughly and before and after photos highlighted the difference once she was finished. Couldn't fault any aspect of the experience.

First time having ear wax removed and not sure what to except but Aileen put me at ease and explained every procedure as she went along.

First class service from Seanaid, very welcoming, offered good explanations and advice, talked you through procedure from beginning to end. Delighted to be able to hear again, as were the family!

Very professional approach. Ewan explained exactly what he would do and why. He carried out the work and I had no discomfort. He was also very pleasant with a nice manner.

Went to the Stepps clinic and was treated by the lovely Leighann, put me completely at ease , explained the process fully and was very friendly and professionally . Very happy with her service and would definitely recommend

Euan was Great. He explained everything full from start to finish, he was caring and considerate throughout the procedure, I have use this clinic many times now and it has always been a pleasant experience. To be honest I have tried the rest but this clinic has to be the best, gentle caring and thorough. I would highly recommend Euan, I will be asking for Euan my next visit.

Follow up appointment with Aileen at Clydebank clinic after syringing to check on some inflammation noted at last appointment with my 15 year old. Again Aileen was highly professional, kind and welcoming. We’ll definitely be back, thank you!

Just an all round painless experience the fact they show you how much wax there is in your ears the procedure is quick and they talk through it and after show the difference when yours ears are free of all wax makes a big difference well worth the £60 fee

A Fantastic experience. This was my first time attending and wasnt sure what to expect. Leighann was amazing and very friendly and explained everything from start ro finish. Lovely surroundings aswell. Highly recommend 🙂

Booked on behalf of my Grandmother who was completely deaf from a wax build up, Euan Penrice (The Practitioner) was absolutely excellent in taking the time to explain everything to myself and my Gran, made her feel completely comfortable and carried out his work extremely well. We arrived early for the appointment and he even took us in early which was really good of him.

I arrived about 10 mins before my time and was seen almost right away the person who saw me I think introduced herself by her first name other than there was very little communication I felt very rushed the procedure was uncomfortable and when I mentioned it I was in no way reassured. The entire process took no more than about 10 mins and I was out of the room exactly at the time my appointment was due! One ear done the other one was fine £60 for an uncomfortable 10 mins with very little clinical interaction was not what I expected

Aileen was very friendly and welcoming and
explained everything she was going to do and continued to explain at each stage of the treatment.
I would definitely recommend Aileen to anyone needing treatment.

A friendly welcome and a great experience. After a few questions Melissa removed the wax using micro suction. It was painless and a brilliant result. I would recommend it.
