Scam organization. They linked someone else's account to mine and refused to acknowledge it when I brought it up. They don't offer the full list of assets to trade.

Before you get any help your account have been blown and your Rithmic account have been disabled

After i put the first trade i got popup message that a second login too the account was logged in and that wasent me???
After that the account was looked out and the get back 1 day after
Here they need example a chat so its possible to close the trade
There was no way to close the trade without login

I had 2 PA (performance accounts) through EarnMax. Both of them have been canceled for no reason I can understand. Just today, 5/4/2023, I received an email stating my "Market Data Monthly Plan Was Canceled". This plan was set up on auto payment and I had no declined charges on my card linked to the account.

I contacted support which is always a mixed bag and they told me it was my responsibility to make sure my data plan is paid. My data plan, again, is on auto renew every month but somehow got manually cancelled. They were absolutely unwilling to fix it. So I am left unable to login or do anything with a 100K PA that is over $50K in profit.

Prior to this was almost an identical story that happened about 2 months ago - coincidentally the Monday I was finally eligible for my first payout on that account. I was unable to log in in the morning and contacted support. They told me my data plan expired and there's nothing I can do about it. That account was very much in profit and I followed all of their rules to a T.

The icing on the cake was when I got a payout from them on the second account before they closed it, they included a message that they can handle my payouts better if I leave a good Trustpilot review. THEY WANTED ME TO FAKE A REVIEW TO GET PAID.

I filed a complaint to the Candain Fraud and Cyber Crime Reporting System. I'm not sure how else to go about exposing these guys for how they really operate.

Those are all lies in their reply. There was no failed payment and I even went as far as purchasing an extra month of data BEFORE the auto payment would have posted. Even with this they were unwilling to do anything. Now I have just paid this fraud company an extra $85 for data that they are also refusing to refund.

Run. Run far and fast away from this company. I can provide screenshots from every conversation and email we have exchanged for months, they are trying to make me out to look like the bad guy when they are the ones twisting reality to make it seem like any of it is somehow my fault.

They never provided screenshots of anything and the best reply I could get was a link to the PA rules. I did receive 2 $2250 payouts from am account that today hit over $50K profit before it mysteriously lost the data that hadn't even expired yet. Their claim to payout millions is not backed by any real futures traders or any verified statements.

The only thing I threatened was contacting a lawyer because they swindled me out of 2 very profitable accounts. They are a fraud and I have proof on 2 accounts. Again.... RUN away from them.

I never canceled my data. I paid for it today before it would have renewed automatically. This is an easy fix. I never broke any rules or let my data expire.

Can you refund the subscription I purchased today at least if you are unwilling to be a decent company and allow me to trade my account?

That all of it. I never got a charge for the data except the one I paid for to ensure I had it. They got me again. RUN - THEY LIE TOO!

Company will not payout. Paid out once and refused 2 other times where they will not explain why they won't accept my withdrawal request 1 to 2 business days before the 15th of the month and the last day of the month. They tell me that they are done accepting request and that I should try back the 1 to 2 business days before the next payout date. They are not following their on guidelines and are not explaining a single thing.

The reply is a lie I gave you my detailed trade chart wrote it all down in an emaul and sent it to support and even called 5 times asking for help as to what I was doing wrong. Spoke with the customer service rep manager who promised that I would get a call back yesterday, and got nothing. All i wanted was to ask questions as to what I was doing wrong and could someone explain it to me because it was not working the way it was stated in the guidelines and she read the guidelines and agreed with me and that was her reason for escalating a phone call to me the day, but as i said no one has called me back in 2 weeks. And now this morning I wake up to you all having cancelled all my accounts just because I complained. All i asked for was one call back from support to help me understand what was going on and that was to much to ask for. If you respond to your traders as fast as you're ready to respond in defense of these reviews you'd have happier customers. This just prove you don't have any concern for the people that come to your company.

My account was removed. Everytime I start a new account I csn never trade bonds without need to send them a picture of what error is. It's getting old at this point.

This is not a legitimate company. I just closed 9 active PA accounts because I have no faith whatsoever that the company would actually pay out when I reach their payout requirements. Indeed, they say you can earn a pay out after 25 trading days, but if you ask the customer support they cannot tell you how many trading days you have completed. Every other prop firm has daily updating charts on your performance, but not Earnmax, and the reason is they do not even know how you are performing. When you pass an evaluation, they require you to send a screenshot from NT or Rithmic because, again, they do not have that information. Also, unlike any of the other prop firms, if you fail an evaluation or prop account, they will continue to charge you each month without resetting the account unless you explicitly ask them to reset it. Again, there is no infrastructure suggesting that this is a legitimate enterprise.

In addition to reading the reviews on this site, I would encourage anyone considering using this company to look at the constant typos and grammatical inconsistencies on their website and in their emails (and in their responses on TrustPilot) and then have a good think about whether that same company could have the capital to pay you your profits from your PA accounts.

In response to my review, Earnmax claimed that I had not asked how many trading days, but apparently only about one trading day. Here is the log of my final attempt to address the number of trading days issue:

So, in short, the response to my initial post is a fabrication. I encourage everyone to avoid working with this company.

Earnmax will do everything, except paying you. They block My first PA with 12k profit and didn't accept my withdrawal request for the other because of trade log. They just don't want to pay. Scammers. Stay away Guys

Stay away from this company. Their infrastructure is terrible and customer service has an excuse for everything and if you complain about anything then they won't talk to you. Evaluation purchases and PA conversions take 2-4 days and 4-6 days. We have a large group of traders that trade together in a zoom group and everyone has moved to another funding firm.

It is difficult to assess this funding company. 1rst-You know when you get phishing emails and texts from posers that have spelling errors or just don't have enough information disclosed, and your suspicions are aroused? >>Spelling errors, poor or late service, poorly explained product descriptions. Weird looking website. OK, that's the bad... The good is some of the best pricing industry wide and the evaluation accounts seem to work for now. I have no experience with paid accounts with this company but see my suspicious nature above. Beyond that, chat works but it's odd that one has to use it so much because there is always something that has gone wrong. I hope this improves with time but this is not the only funding company I use till I discover which one or two is best.

2 times now, made a payment, once for new account and las week for a reset, first double payment because an error on payment and las week paid a reset and youre suppor team just told me the reset it twice but never let me put a single entry with that reset, send screen shots of payment, ninja and rithmic. person at chat just dont read or check it. they told me " If you want a reset pay again" of course you sent me to try another company. Lost a customer for 20 dlls, when I have paid hundreds each month.
