Abzocke wegen paar Kilos zu schwer!
Die Abwicklung Online funktionierte problemlos.
Wir haben einen 10m³ Container bestellt.
Auch die vorzeitige Abholung ging schnell.
Wir haben den Container nicht voll gemacht und auch kein Berg war vorhanden - der Abholer hatte uns dies bzgl. noch gelobt, dass wir das gut geschichtet haben.
Nach 2 Wochen kam eine Nachzahlung, weil der Container paar Kilos zu schwer war ...
Woher soll der Kunde wissen, wie schwer der Container ist? Dies kann nicht nachvollzogen werden, dafür das der Container nicht voll war .... Kein Kunde hat eine solche Waage zu Hause ... ich fand' das eine richtige Abzocke und war wirklich sauer darüber!

No Longer Geared Towards Small Businesses
First, it started off with invoice funding which worked fine. They moved from that to cash funding in 2025 (not dependent on paid invoices anymore), and now they are still doing cash into the business account but, only for businesses making over 100k per month. The company has been okay to deal with but, they clearly do not care about small businesses. I'm not sure what's going on with them but, they are definitely not like they once were. To get a cash advance back when they were offering it to businesses making under 100k per month was like pulling teeth even when their app has direct access to your website to see sales, etc.

Absolutely avoid at all costs
Absolutely avoid at all costs. My business went through a hardship and they absolutely will NOT work with you. They will send you to a collection agency within 2 weeks and place liens on your business. Absolutely heartless.

New Password every log in
For at LEAST two years, ClearCo's Brainer software makes me want to SCREAM. My work uses it for mandatory training modules but EVERY SINGLE TIME I need to log in, it doesn't recognize my last password and I'm required to go through the 'forgot password, type in email, click this link, make the new password" ordeal. It's beyond frustrating - especially, again, for over two years and it happening EVERY time. What absolute garbage!

This company doesn’t value its long term customers. In my opinion, They have an anti-Christian agenda. If you’re a Christian mark and avoid as they will eventually burn you for your faith.
I would encourage the banking commission and attorney generals office to fully investigate Clearco and their practices.

They treat their previous clients…
They treat their previous clients terribly. I had a whole different company with different owners over 5 years ago get funded...now I have a business that does triple the amount of revenue and because I was associated with a previous company they are just denying me from the get go and I'm the 100% owner.
So in return, if you do business with them prior they can just say no and waste your time.
No loyalty, go work with Wayflyer instead!

Clearco is by far the top lender in the e-commerce lending space. Very professional, on time and come through when needed. They understand the need for speed during these times of uncertainty. It's great they have both options to send funds directly to suppliers or cash advances.

Clearco Lost Touch With Its Own Business Model
We worked with Clearco for a couple of years and had a great experience early on, especially with our original account manager, Derek. He understood our business model and had a solid relationship with underwriting, so funding was consistent. Unfortunately, things changed when our account was reassigned. Despite no change in our cash position or risk profile—and with strong recurring revenue—we started facing stricter cash-on-hand demands that made little sense for a company offering high-cost MCA. It felt like they forgot that this kind of capital is meant to be high-risk, high-reward. The new rep didn’t take the time to understand our business or advocate for us internally.
If you’re exploring MCA options, I’d recommend checking out Biz2Credit. They offer longer terms, lower costs, and consistent monthly funding based on your revenue—without demanding invasive access to your platforms.
