Jeremy and his team were integral in getting us alternative funding while doing some expansions in our business. They are hyper responsive and the products they offer are second to none. Real people who care - not just metrics
Financing for a fast growing start-up can be frustrating to say the least. Clearco was a breath of fresh air when we really needed it. Clearco is without a doubt the absolute best. Pranit & Derek are top notch, they answer any concerns or questions in a timely manner and ultimately get the job done. we used to get funding through them in 2020. then they just disappeared. No responses whatsoever.
heard through the grapevine that they lost a lot of money in the post covid e-commerce downturn...
Recently (June 2024) decided to give them another shot. Pretty expensive product at 35-40% APR.
Even worse support. made me jump through hoops and then after support email number 5 - everytime with a different person - someone thought to clarify that they do not support my industry.
Very unprofessional. I don't think these guys know what they are doing.
If you get money from them, make sure you do the math. 6% for 4 months "extension" does not sound like a lot. Since you have to pay back weekly immediately, you will have less than half of the money on average available over the 4 months. That puts you to 12% / 4 months * 12 months = 36% APR. in the best case.
