If I could give 5 negative stars I would....I qualified for $250K That's $15K in profit...and Sunday Jun 18th 2023 out of the blue EarnMax canceled my PA ACCOUNT and Monthly Data Plan...They said that "I cancelled PA Acct and Data Plan!" Who in their right mind would cancel their own PA Account? EarnMax canceled them and would not reinstate given it was their error...They would not take responsibility...Guys...I have been in the trading business for a very long time...38 years...Save your $ and select anyone BUT EarnMax....They simply are not honorable outfit...Save your $ ...You will thank me for this review...

EarnMax replied that "NOONE in Earnmax can cancel any active account/s it must be Trader"..."The only case that we will cancel any accounts upon trader’s request..."

Everyone...This is a TOTAL LIE...I did not cancel my own PA Account and Data nor did I instruct those accounts to be cancelled...What idiot would do that? I have requested from EarnMax to provide the IP Address of the computer that canceled this PA Account, or provide proof that I instructed EarnMax to cancel the PA Account. Neither IP Address or written proof has been provided to me as evidence that I cancelled PA Account and Data Plan....Earnmax is a totally dishonest Funder...Steer Clear...Do not get suckered in by low price....There are plenty of honest Funding Co.s

Great Firm, I’m really satisfied with payouts, evaluation and PA process all in reasonable time!!

Recently I made a bad review because they don't fix my issue with 3 account, they wrote me in private and ask me if I made that bad review, they invite me to cancel my account. now I saw an erratic function of the account, I had an account with 7k profit, now appear and I do not violate any trade rule!

Takes forever for them to activate accounts they were paid for days ago. Won’t be using them again

Great Customer service, and very fast payout
yet they still have some delayed in account creations ,but they are the cheapest in the market and the fastest payouts without any hustle , so I will take the delay in account creation

9/26/23 -Update: sigh everything goes well till it doesn't Disclaimer I have never had a live account (only evals and alphabot accounts)with them. but if you want to deal with most of the hassle this garbage company puts out there, simply paying for any of their services will get you more then enough. Support is the worst I have ever seen. They are 100% sales company. Don't expect any help or constructive feed back from the discord. the eternal answer for problems will be "go talk to support". The "CEO" is in the discord and doesn't say anything, never responds, and is super easily offended and fragile. Even things that you say as honest feedback is seen as some sort of attack. (and there is lots of room for feedback) Not professional. I would warn anyone here not to use these guys. Also Note, one of the reviewers on here is currently working for earnmax. I have yet to see anyone active in the discord or screenshare alert site actually post a payout. Also if you post anything calling them out, it will be labled as FUD and removed from the discord so that new people are not alerted to the issues. BEWARE!!!

Not worth it. Passed an eval got funded. The major markets work half the time and my trades were closed out automatically. Responded to an email in all caps because I went from my trade book to my email to send a support email and their response.... "We won’t reply to any upper cases email". missed on back to back great trading days.. spent to much time dealing with support issues. Good thing I only paid the $85 PA fee. At this point I am sure they are a money grab. GOODBYE!!!! TRADERS STAYYYYY HELL AWAY!

My account was $103,000K, I lost one trade and this company said I broke a rule..

Sure they have good deals but they have the worst support I have ever encountered. The supports English is horrible and can’t even answer the most basic yes or no questions about the service. Once I passed the profit target and paid the $85 for monthly data I get an email explaining how basically no matter how much money you make, it is up to them if they want to grand you a withdrawal. After seeing this I tried to request a withdrawal for the $1,500 I made on the account and they said I only had a 72 hour window next month to request it. Very scummy company in my opinion.

Beyond a doubt, the worst in funding. They are the cheapest for a reason. When you sign up, you will get 2 accounts. 1 primary with an additional account for free for $20. This is your first clue. I signed up for 2 so I got 4. Then you are inundated with emails about their signal service. All in, what is a $100. It takes a full day to get setup. Clue # 2. Read recent reviews. Clue #3. Signed onto signal room. 5 diehards still in the room. Signal provider guru from video nowhere to be found for over month & 1/2. Clue #4. $60 down-wasted. Sent email to customer service. No response. Read over all reviews, closed account, and filed claim with CC.

Meus dois trades seguintes foram de perdas, assim o meu saldo caiu para $100.050,00

Fui eliminado pela EARNMAX e eles alegam que eu estourei o Drawdown.

Sendo que o limite de perda é de 3k

Eles alegam que assim que o meu saldo passou de $100.100,00 ele não pode ser mais rebaixado para por exemplo $100.099,00

Ou seja, não existe Drawdown de $3k.

A empresa é uma piada, e espero que as autoridades competentes americanas tomem uma providência.

I signed up last week. They were efficient in charging my credit card and they forwarded log in credentials in a timely manner. My problem with the company is that their customer service is HORRIBLE!!! When you email support you may or may not get a response 2 days late. The person responding does not read or can't read because they won't answer the question. But I get at least 2 or 3 promo emails daily about a new sale. ALSO I am not able to trade the ZB even though it is clearly listed as one of the permitted products to trade. No response from email support. I called directly and spoke with a polite woman who took my email and phone number and promised someone would return my call ASAP. It's been 4 hours so far. I honestly don't expect to get a response or any sort of help. I am canceling my subscription before I receive another bill next month. I will stick with Bulenox, Apex or one of the other legitimate companies who offer customer service follow up. The old saying goes 'you get what you pay for'.

Well, it is clearly a scam. I bought two accounts because it was so cheap. I bought another one which was never activated on time.
Guess what? The company location is based in Pakistan under Rithmic, the company location is registerd in Ontario, Canada. The company location is displayed as San Francisco in USA.
DO NOT TRUST FIVE STARS HERE. Look at the reviewer names.

Keep yourself away from these frauds. You will never receive any withdrawals. Do your math, they have set rule of minimum 25 trading days before your first withdrawal which is not at all possible in one month. Once you successfully completed evaluation, you will be asked to pay 85$ as data fees, so practically you will have to pay at least $170 before you are eligible for withdrawal. But here is the catch, if you are in positive balance after two months in your funded account, the next month's data fees payment will not be raised from their end and your account will be deactivated stating that you have not paid the monthly data fees. Irrespective of your 100's of mails to their support team, you will only receive mails with their offers every 2-3 days, offering you evaluation account in 20$-50$ etc. This is all happened with me. No prop firm will offer you evaluation accounts in such penny. Dont waste your time and energy behind them....STAY AWAY....

I did 2 account subscription with them, and they put all the accounts together, and I didn't pass in the accounts, so I try to cancel and they told me that the account was canceled, so after couples days, they charge me again and they new that all my accounts I was fail in the accounts... So I Don't recommend this company to anyone, the customer services is horrible, the government should shut down them.
