Id like to thank Jacob for making a very confusing experience so much easier and less stressful. Booking long haul flights is terrifying, but Jacob made it easy. All done in less than 20 minutes. Explained everything we needed to travel and we're now happy to be flying off in December.

I struggled with having support from the staff I purchased my flight ticket from. But with the intervention of the floor manager, Mr Jacob Lewis, my concern was immediately listened to by him, found ways to settle it for me without delay. Mr Jacob Lewis is a true example of what a manager lookes like and how professional a manager should be in dealing with customers who are in distress with change of flight schedules. In my opinion, Mr Jacob Lewis deserve a promotion to a position higher than what he currently holds, as long as it is a position related to dealing with areas of public concerns about flight ticket sales. I really do appreciate Mr Jacob's support in issuing me with a £500 travel voucher only as a gesture of goodwill to keep me away from distressing situations. This gesture from Mr Lewis is too great to forget. I will alway come to Mr Lewis for flight ticket anytime I plan my international travel. I want to thank you Mr Lewis.
