At first I thought their service was…
At first I thought their service was great as my first ticket was booked easily but then came the trouble, I was unable to make the flight and I’d reached out to the airline to open the ticket so I could rebook for when I resolve the issue behind me not being able to make the trip. Finally, I sorted my issue out and I try rebooking and this company charged me an outrageous amount of money which is definitely the same amount I paid for the initial booking, where by I was seeing on the airline site itself that the difference in fare and penalty for no show should have amount to nothing more that £342 but I paid over £335 extra, the justification which they tried to sell me was that the charge was direct from the airline is ridiculous and unbelievable and I refuse to buy into that. They are not a scam for sure, I just think they will use any opportunity to rip you off and make you pay outrageously high for something that could’ve been cheaper. My advice is to proceed with caution with them. Selah !!!
