Horrible company
Horrible company. Do Not buy an autographed photo from these guys! They will send whatever they want and do not concern themselves with what you request or care how you feel about it.
I ordered a David Xanatos autograph by Jonathan Frakes and they sent me a Riker autographed Star Trek photo???? I did not get what I requested and they have 0 care when I contacted them.
They claimed Xanatos photo was not available so they just did a Star Trek photo and changed the autograph request to an alternate character. They should have cancelled my order. I am no Star Trek fan and this wasn’t cheap.
Very very disappointed in my item, the customer service and the over experience. I 100% do NOT recommend this company for any collectible needs or wants.

The actual true story is that the customer ordered a table photo from Rhode Island comic con mail order. It specifically states in several areas of our website including on every pre order signing product that there are no image requests on table photos, because we cannot predict what images will be available at time of signing. Additionally all talent & convention are paid in advance. Customer requested a specific character name, for which the table photo wasn't available in that character. Customer wanted restitution for a perfectly signed photo shipped in under 1 week after the event. Talent had already obviously been paid for the autograph and customer expected we should simply cancel his order since his image requests wasn't met, Customer refused to accept that his order was met exactly as ordered, a table photo with an authentic autograph. As stated there are no image requests. We refunded our profit from the signing in the interest of customer service. And our 1000s of positive reviews reflect our reputation.

Absolutely first class
Absolutely first class. Communication was phenomenal. I had a problem shipping to a US Mailbox from the UK and it was resolved very quickly. I also had a tracking number issue for the return and that was solved very quickly also.
