Order was placed in April 2024 for a preorder signing event that was scheduled for September 2024 as stated on website, with a send in deadline of Sept 6, 2024 and is obviously now canceled due to the talent passing away yesterday. All previous email questions were promptly answered with the last one being April 16. Order will not be fullfilled obviously since talent passed away 24 hours ago 2 months before event date.

Taking a misfortune and making it right!
Sent an item to be signed and the item showed up almost 2 months after the signing (USPS) thus missing the signing. They were SO accommodating and understanding to the misfortune of not getting the item that they sent me a photo that was signed by the actress and when my item finally arrived they sent it back to me and insured it on their dime!!! Their service to collectors is second to none. Thank you so much!

Purchasingwas easy although I think I still paid an extra $10 for shipping that I should'nt have - multiple purchases for one baseball. Product was great. Communication was just very bad.

You were not charged extra for shipping. Shipping costs are also a handling/packaging material etc. Feel free to email us to review. Additionally, you added multiple signers to your item at various occasions after you ball was initially signed. As with all signing we update on signings constantly in our facebook group. After your ball was completed it no longer could have a basic coa from JSA, it required a full LOA, which was explained to you and also take 4-6 weeks to complete after submission to JSA. You sent repeated emails/PMs every 10 days for updates with the same worry that "something was wrong with your order/item". We explained to you that your item needed to be certed by JSA, which actually had to happen twice since you added another autograph after it was authenticated initially. All your emails were constantly answered, despite your "worry" hardly poor communication. Glad your item arrived safely and in perfect condition with any issue.
