My husband and I recently bought all our bathroom fixtures and appliances from Easy Bathrooms in Kings Lynn. We found their staff very helpful, with regards to design and advice. We would have no hesitation in recommending them.

I have used Easy Bathrooms before in Kings Lynn and I will certainly continue to do so. The staff are great, certainly know their stuff and are very thorough. Great service guys.

Staff were great, product great, speedy.

Worst posible experience. Installer low quality of work. When challenged by 'Area Manager' installer walked off site in a temper, while our water was off, never to be seen again. 'Area Manager' arranged elite troubleshooter installer. Not a lot better. Shower floods bathroom when used. 'Area Manager' now not calling when promised, my calls to him go to voicemail. Bunch of clowns. Avoid.

'Elite troubleshooter' arrived to sort things. Shower now floods bathroom. 'Area Manager' promised to call me to update me. Didn't. I now go straight to his voicemail. Terrible company, complete bunch of clowns. Avoid like cholera.

From order to delivery all was prompt and delivery was clean and good

My bathroom was filled one year and two months ago and you are now asking me how it went this was after misplacing our shower unit and then couldn’t find it, the service at your kings Lynn store was terrible and not a thing to compensate us, I would never use or recommend Easy Bathrooms again.

Parts I ordered came quickly and a good shop to look around and get ideas for what you want

Ordering was very easy, collected from store and all the staff were very friendly, will definitely shop there again.

Great range of products. Everything you need for a full bathroom makeover. Really good showroom. Friendly helpful staff. Great !

After purchasing a replacement thermostat for our concealed shower unit, unfortunately my husband was unable to remove the old one. We called a plumber who also struggled to remove it so I emailed the branch where I bought it and despite it being only an hour from the store closing, Charlotte responded immediately. Within 30 mins she had emailed their technical support team with photos I had provided, and I received an email with the necessary instructions to fit.
Excellent customer service! Now keeping everything crossed the plumber can resolve the issue as the person who fitted it didn't leave much room to get to a screw.

Very Professional and easy to talk to would recommend any time

I ordered some materials for a shower room from easy bathrooms . My order was delivered on the Monday. The wall panels were missing so not put on the van . Then the fun started i had to ring the store . Transport. Then customer service. Just to be told the panels won’t be delivered to the Wednesday. Bearing in mind the job had to be completed the Tuesday. Then come the Wednesday you would think as a courtesy
They would deliver the panels first thing? No had to ring up customer service again to find out when they would be coming. Some time late afternoon. Just to waste some more of my time . And the best part is I had to pay £50 on top of my order for delivery. No Offer of any sort of refund or any sort of an apology .
To your reply I have emailed you over the details. But still no response from you?

Purchased a shower tray and enclosure and stored in the garage, when the shower tray was unpacked by the bathroom fitter the tray was badly damaged, Abbey at the Kings Lynn branch was really helpful and arranged quick delivery of a new tray and collection of the damaged one, would recommend Easy Bathrooms because it's not when things go right it's when things go wrong you need a company to pull out all the stops to put things right, many thanks to Abbey.

Service was excellent. Nothing was too much trouble, and we were kept informed from purchase to delivery.

Kings Lynn branch were fine. It was the people at head office and despatch who were absolutely awful and totally unapologetic. They need training regard customer service.

Went in looking to remodel our bathroom room instead of being greeted by a helpful salesman or a smiling face, I was greeted by the stench of burgers and the sight of the staff members eating what I assumed to be their breakfast. I found it very unprofessional and find it hard to believe they don’t have an available space to eat in private instead of the front desks as soon as you walk through the door. I proceeded to walk around the store for around 20 minutes with no help from staff as they finished their meal and I left. I later visited the Thetford store after, as I live in between, and can happily say the staff was a lot more helpful and not scoffing as i walked through the door.
