Do not buy from here !!!! I ordered my £400 hair topper on 7th of September and still nothing. No one gets back to you either. I've been chasing and chasing! Shocking online store. I want a refund for my hair this is not on and I needed it for an event last week.

Stole my money, chased numerous times. lied to and eventually only part order shipped. No refund, no communication and left out pocket.

Placed an order on 6 March 2020 and still nothing has arrived. Emailed them multiple times, with no response. Called them three times, none of which were answered. Not sure they even exist?

Worst online seller ever.... This company should not even allowed to trade.. like many reviews my order did not arrive after 10 working day so I decided to cancel it instead. Surprisingly that they refused to give me a refund.. i had to contact my bank to get my money back..

Scam. Do not buy anything from this company. They took my order and money. Never fulfilled the order and don't respond to email or phone. Order placed 21 February 2020

Oh dear - I should have read the reviews. Unfortunately, as other reviewers have stated, they take your money and then absolutely contact. I obviously had no idea that they’d stopped trading as they took my money. Now will have to go through the lengthy process of reclaiming money through the bank.

I've been stitched up to, ordered locks totalling 145.00. These scumbags have taken the payment and are now impossible to contact through their website, whatsapp, email or phone line

Made an order which was never received. Now applying for a refund. Looked into them on the government register for limited companies and they have applied for insolvency. Do not order from this firm.

These guys gave us great service right up until the end of 2019 - looking at their Companies House info it seems they've ceased trading but haven't bothered to stop the website accepting orders, none of which are now being fulfilled.

This is a scam company. Don’t go near it and report them to the police. They take your money and that is the last you will see if it, without the goods you ordered.

Never received items, dont answer emails or calls. Reported to paypal.

Wish I have read reviews before ordering from this company. Customer services do not exist, my item has not been dispatched a week after I placed my order with them. Tried to call them - no answer, tried to send message in their online chat - no reply. Sent them a message in FB messanger - no reply, however shows that they have read my message. Going through Paypal resolution centre. AVOID, AVOID, AVOID!!!

Bought two keyhole covers, on a 1st class delivery. Waited two weeks, never recieved items. I emailed them and nobody responds and I tried to call them but got put on hold for 20mins with no one answering.very annoying. It's a rogue company, don't ever buy from them.

Terrible, this is a rogue company! Don’t be fooled by the OLD positive reviews. Ordered on 26th Feb and to date 13th March... no item. Now not responding to emails or answering calls. Already reported to PayPal! Avoid it’s not worth it.

Check Companies House entry before you part with your money to this Company 😩. How are they still able to take Online payments I've no idea.

I placed an order 2 weeks ago. No item, no reply to my e-mails, endless on-hold without contact. I am now raising a paypal dispute. Nothing 'Easy' about them - avoid.
