Professional 3 saucepan set and 24cm casserole. Very pleased: work well on induction hob, very easy to clean, like the lid straining small and large holes. Delivered quickly.

I brought the full set of pans and frying pans from John Lewis, £200, used the pan first time 3 days ago, I did not realise that the handles on the lids for these pans are metal, my fingers got scalde... Toon meer

Really pleased with the product but the delivery was quite painful. I had no notification that the parcel was being delivered and unfortunately I was not in. A card was left through the letter box but was unreadable. Eventually I arranged for it to be delivered the next day and had to wait in until it was delivered.
The ease of the web site, prompt delivery but most of all the product. It really is brilliant. We have used the casserole at least 6 out of 7 days a week for 5 months, and it's as perfect now as the day it arrived. Never any need to put in the dishwasher, just wipe around and its clean - really, nothing sticks.
Usually when contacting businesses for things that necessarily aren't positive, they'll take it on board but you may feel like you don't have any real outcome. On this occasion, I had a issue with my products and was just asking for advice on how I could fix it myself, if possible. The responses were always within 24-48 hours which is great and they offered replacements, no hassle. I usually feel like I have to prove it is not user error etc but on this occasion, they understood the situation and fixed it within a few emails.
If you're to take anything from my verbal waffle, my first contact with this business has been great and I'd feel happy to contact them again in future.

Always happy to take the time to praise companies where they still seem to understand customer service - I can’t fault the response. We’ve loved using the Eaziglide pans for the past 9 years, and have done everything we can to get the most out of them for as long as possible; so it’s reassuring that when something did finally go wrong with them, the Eaziglide team did everything they could to get it sorted and replacements sent out in good time, and we couldn’t be happier!
Nathan, who dealt with our enquiry, was fab, and the Quality team he passed it on to also responded very quickly.

Eaziglide cake pans are the best I have ever tried. The cakes are perfectly baked everytime and never stick. The delivery was great and I was very happy with the careful yet small packaging.
Very unhappy with the guarantee offered, I purchased a few of these pans thinking that I could be worrying free if they ever need replacing, I put a claim in and only part of my claim was successful, I was told there were signs of over heating as so they would not honour the guarantee, I explained I have only ever used them on my induction hob so this was not possible as it doesn't get as hot as gas, all my other pans had been used in the same way the only difference was they were used more often, I offered to send the pans so they could be inspected in person as maybe the photos didn't show a true picture, I was told that they were not going to change thier decision.
Think twice about purchasing these pans if you are looking to invest in a long term purchase!!!
I have received my replacement pans and they are of the usual good quality just a shame how this situation has been dealt with.
Eazi to order and the cost of the pans will be offset in reduced cooking time. So far I am still overcooking my poached eggs, but I'll get there.

I had an eaziglide 30 cm frying pan. It was good and lasted marginally longer than cheaper versions, but the non stick properties have now failed after pretty light use, no dishwasher cleaning and no metal contact. It has a lifetime guarantee, and i contacted them to request assistance. They are now not communicating with me as I have no proof of purchase (of course I bought it myself). Weasel words and dismissive customer service. What a shame. I expected better for a premium product. Here is an extract from their automatic reply where customer services claime that they are here to help, and clearly have no intention of doing so.

One of two frying pans delivered damaged but easy to arrange return and refund.
Can’t comment on how good the pans are in use as intended as Father’s Day present.
Just purchased by third Eaziglide pan, and a perfect addition to the set. Love these pans. I use less oil, and nothing sticks.
