Costly and Inefficient Integration with Linnworks
We recently started using Mirakl (B&Q), but quickly realized their software lacks direct integration with Linnworks, which is a significant drawback. To make matters worse, they require you to use a third-party provider like eBusiness Guru for integration. The charges for this service are exorbitant, nearly matching what actual sales channels charge as a monthly subscription. It feels like small sellers are being exploited, with these providers acting as costly middlemen, draining more funds than necessary. A very disappointing experience so far.
