My brother submitted a letter from the Dean of his department at the university stating that his degree was taught in English. ECCTIS responded saying the document must be signed by the Dean or Chairperson of the department. However, it was signed by the Dean!

I made several calls to ECCTIS (knowing they take more than 24 hours to respond) to explain that the person who signed the letter was indeed the Dean. All they could do was give me a generic response saying, “The document must be signed by the Dean/Chairperson…”—the same line they have on their website.

After about the 5th call, they told me, “This letter is signed by Dr. xxxx, and we can’t find anywhere that states they are the Dean.” So, I sent them a link to the university website confirming that the person who signed it was the Dean, with all the relevant details. It was all right there on the university’s site! After that, they processed the request in just 5 minutes.

We paid for priority service, yet the whole process dragged on for over 3 days simply because they couldn’t be bothered to check basic information!

If you’re submitting an application, make sure to include links that confirm the identity of the person who signed your letter from the university. Otherwise, you’ll just end up with frustratingly generic responses.

HORRIFIED , I have done my GCSE maths (B grade) and A LEVEL (D grade ) ( a pass ) maths in Ireland and they haven’t passed me through maths in the uk so I have to re sit pass functional skills to do my teaching assistant level 3 course , makes absolutely NO SENSE , I feel sick that I am being made do maths AGAIN while working full time when there is 0 need

One of the most stressful experiences I've had with a service of this type.

After sending them official documents of my qualification from 12 years ago, they said they need "A clear colour photograph of your final certificate of European Baccalaureate. It often has a more decorative appearance, and tends to be issued during or after a graduation ceremony."

I explained that the document I sent was an official document presented to me after graduation. They copied and pasted their last email instead of providing me with useful information or answering my questions.

I kept things polite and decided to contact my school who were able to provide all of the official documents (same as what I had) and a signed letter from the director confirming all of my grades and documents.

Ecctis still refused to provide a proper statement of comparability and said that that was not enough. I also had a few more emails that were copied and pasted and when I asked why this was the case, they ignored my questions and just used a generic confirmation email instead.

I paid £57 for this and it has taken 3 weeks so far, with another 2 weeks to go according to their system.

To me, the continuous updates showing you received my email and giving me update of how far and about the results, it makes us feel comfortable knowing there working on you, you just have to be patient and wait for the result.

The whole process was very much streamlined one so it was easy for me to apply and get a response from the team. I highly recommend those who need the services ECCTIS provide.

Really Bad service experience from tihs institution and really cheating for their service.

I have applied Proof of my English level service but I am not familiar with their system. I may apply for wrong service. But after I uploaded all the requested information but at the same time, I asked them to ensure I have applied for correct service. But they did not replied my questions but send me some general statements that you can review your required service through their website. But in fact, they knew that I have ordered the wrong service and they answered my questions until 23th Sep that my service applied should be wrong and then on 24th Sep to tell me that my service applied was completed. They totally ignored the intergrity and just want to make money from the chance that I have made wrong service. If they clarified immediately after knowing I have requested for wrong service and changed to another one. I can do it correctly.

I have made a complaint and their head of UK ENIC Services, Andy Bearnfield replied my complaint. Just told me that it has general statements in May to tell me that they have different services but not tell me that I have applied for wrong service. Then, they did not make anything wrong. Yes, you may not make anything wrong but just cheat me to continue for the wrong service until it completed, then told me that you have applied wrong service and I can pay money again for correct service. Really very very Bad institution. If any other choice, must avoid.

I intended to use small claim court service to claim back my money as Ecctis has responsbility to let me know I have applied for wrong service as they knew and corrected me before works proceeded.

I give 5-star because application process was so clear and easy to follow. Read well the steps and be sure uploading the correct documnets. I have my English certificate in very short time after application (around 6 days). I don't have any experience about customer service because I didn't need to contact them since application was very smooth. But they also sent my printed documents in very short time. So I am happy with this service. Thanks!
