Should have been delivered within couple days not over week.
Went to cancel and then changed my mind… still took over week so no not very impressed!!

Only thing I would highlight as maybe needs attention,was the box was not sturdy enough for the contents — it had opened on a couple of sides,making it a bit wobbly for the courier

Ordered firelighters and 2x 10kg…
Ordered firelighters and 2x 10kg restaurant grade lump charcoal had to chase the company 3 times after being sent a message waiting for delivery to be told firefighters out of stock so order couldn’t be processed. They refunded the cost of firelighters and delivered the charcoal but took 13 days to arrive not good customer care.
