Products are alway good. But two separate deliveries make no sense especially this time as Everi split all the plastic bags and broke the briquettes . Plus DPD delivery the wood , firelighters and one lot of briquettes . Why oh why can’t DPD deliver the lot. I’ve asked this before and was told it was product related.. clearly it’s not as the briquettes came in both delivery

Great product, shame about the delivery. Would have been a 5 but the next day delivery turned into 1 week the excuse was the product was damaged but only found this out after i chased it up

Burns hot and long
Trialed for the crew BBQ prior to a 4 day festival. Excellent delivery, great price.
Product itself lights well, but be aware it burns hot - great once you know, but our coal pan needed to be a little lower - I didn't know the product was that good.
Bought another 4 sacks for the festival itself - see coal pan comment above, we needed to be quick to turn food. That's our design fault.
Recommended, will definitely use again if the quality is constant.

Excellent customer service
Had an issue with our delivery via Evri, which arrived damaged and wet, with the briquettes swollen. Obviously not the fault of Ecoblaze, but they remedied the situation immediately and, when the RUF briquettes were out of stock, offered a very generous replacement of three packs of Pini-Kay. These arrived today in perfect condition. Can't fault their friendly customer service. The RUF briquettes are really good too, and we're looking forward to trying the Pini-Kay!
