Ordered firelighters and 2x 10kg…
Ordered firelighters and 2x 10kg restaurant grade lump charcoal had to chase the company 3 times after being sent a message waiting for delivery to be told firefighters out of stock so order couldn’t be processed. They refunded the cost of firelighters and delivered the charcoal but took 13 days to arrive not good customer care.

I was impressed with how quickly my order was delivered however not all the items ordered were delivered. I emailed your office immediately querying the discrepancy - I didn’t receive a reply. A week later I followed up with a phone call, I asked for either the balance of the goods or a refund - it now 5 days since I phoned and I haven’t received a call,nor an email, the goods or a refund.

I ordered 18 bags of logs
I ordered 18 bags of logs, my order arrived on the 15th aug but I received 6 bags of coal in my order I have been trying ever since to get the coal collected and my logs delivered.There has been a complete lack of communication and I have heard nothing for over a week now despite emailing and ringing. I will never order from this company every again.

I completely understand your frustration, particularly as you have made repeated attempts to contact us and have been waiting since 15th August for your logs to be delivered and the incorrect items to be collected. We should have kept you informed and taken ownership of this much sooner.
If you could please provide your order number, I would like to personally take this back and have the matter investigated as a priority. I will ensure that your concerns are properly looked into and that we establish what has happened with both the collection and the outstanding delivery.
