My order was delivered by two different companies Evri and one other , Evri did well but the other blocked my doorway and I could not get in or out. The box was too heavy for me to handle

I was disappointed with the limited options for delivery (next day) which I didn’t need. This hasn’t happened anyway.

Ordered on a Sunday, had the invoice and Hermes notification… then silence. It was due to be delivered on the Tuesday, so I phoned them to be told it was still in the warehouse and they didn’t know why.
Incompetent and not really trying to make a name for themselves.
I took a refund.
