Extremely helpful, actually quoted me slightly cheaper when calling them in the website. The grids are a great product that I installed myself with great ease. I couldn't have been happier with the customer service I received and speed of delivery. Highly recommend. Cheapest grids I could find online.

Shed base arrived really quickly, was easy to clip together and is strong and level.

Im really impressed with this product, I was unsure if it would be right for what I wanted (placed on top of existing concrete base) but it’s spot on. I was also really happy with the customer service as I had emailed them before buying for some general advice around use of the base- great advice and a great experience overall.

Having used ecodeck before and got on with it fine I thought I would use it for a second small shed base of 6 x 3ft.
Having called to check stock and delivery on a Friday I was told they would be despatched the following Monday and should be with me Tuesday or Wednesday. Having paid and ordered on the Monday I expected the order to be with me by Thursday or latest by Friday as they use DPD carrier. On the Friday I receive an email stating delivery would be on the following Monday. With the shed already delivered I telephoned asking why it had taken all week to process my small order and how disappointed I was and wished I'd have ordered the same product from Amazon for a quicker delivery.
I was then subject to a raised voice stating "We don't prioritise large or small orders and we're very busy and it's going out today and if that's not good enough you'd better cancel the order as you have an attitude." I stated I was disappointed and had asked a simple question.
I also asked why I was being shouted at and that I was obviously being treated like a nuisance whilst making the mistake of being a customer, to which I received a motor-mouth tirade of shouting then the individual slammed the phone down.
As stated with other reviews here, if you are still interested in paying these people's wages by placing an order allow a very long lead-up time to when you actually need delivery.
I will not be using ecodeck again, not that they'd care a jot.

Update later that day......
Having recieved and accepted an apology from Callum at ecodeck, I accept that whoever took my call and shouted at me was clearly having a very bad day and should not be anywhere near the phone or customer relations.
In summary the product is competitivly priced and works well. That afterall is what is important.
It's also arriving today, and that is a Saturday, so thank you.

Good value and customer service despite Covid.
Although delivery slightly delayed, a swift delivery update was provided to my email query.
The 6x6 Shed base kit arrived in good condition next day.
The kit is exactly what is required, with clear instructions and guidance for my purpose it should prove a very good base for the greenhouse.

This is a genuine review and an honest assessment. I asked for a delivery time, was told about 6 days or thereabouts. Not only was the price very competitive, but the company expediated the order for me , which arrived after one day! I find this level of service very rare nowadays and I commend the company for their understanding and service. I should also add that the product is good too! Totally recommend this company.

Original order delivered on time - quality product, clips together firmly but easily and creates a brilliant shed base. Contacted Ecobase about 3 extra panels - they arrived within three days of requesting them. Excellent service. Will definitely recommend Ecodeck and thanks for the excellent service

I placed an order from Ecodeck on the 3rd April based on the fact they promised that my order would be dispatched in approx 5 days (allowing for covid) and should be received the next. Upon calling the company on the 8th to cancel - I was told I was unable to cancel because it was already dispatched, However this was not the case because I received an email yesterday telling me the item was dispatched on the 12th April and that I would receive the item on the 13th April, some 10 days later!!! This company is obviously untrustworthy, making promises which is unreliable and unfortunately not allowing cancellations....

Much more sturdy than expected. Looks great filled with pea gravel. Used for shed base

Bought this product to use as a base for mini-shed and was amazed with the results - easy to use, lighter than expected and far easier than using paving slabs to create a level base - love it and will definitely use again!

Excellent product, arrived slight late and a couple of communication issues at the start. But we are in a pandemic! Otherwise excellent. Would recommend.

Ordered a shed base, with delivery stated as usually within 3 working days, after 4 working days I called them and was told it would be delivered the next day, phoned the next day (Friday) and was told it would be delivered on Monday (and I don’t trust that) and I was just fobbed off on the phone. I asked to cancel the order and was told it wasn’t their problem and I’m they would charge me £15. Rubbish service, don’t waste your time

Had a few problems with placing my order, phoned on a Sunday not really expecting and answer..the person there was very helpful and sorted my problem. Goods arrived on time. Great service would use again, well done Ecodeck

I did not receive what was advertised and instead of solid plastic retaining clips, they provided flexible zip ties. I called up and requested the clips, only to be shouted at and swore at (call recorded). I was told that the zip ties were better and they didn't have any clips. (The zip tie quite obviously would not last as long as solid plastic in the ground over a period of years)
I politely explained I want what I ordered and if they could not provide it I would simply return.
More swearing and abuse over the phone before he agreed to send them!
The produce did arrive on time but the customer service is appalling.
I have 7 more large sheds to construct and will NOT be using ecodeck.biz

Exemplary customer service. I emailed ecodeck with a query on a Sunday and was amazed to receive an immediate response from the managing director. I rang the company the next day but was unable to get through. However, I received an almost immediate call back from a member of staff who had noticed the missed call. I have never received such magnificent service before. Just brilliant!

Where to begin. Ordered from them via Amazon. Tried to return and they ignored me. Raised a complaint after approximately a month with Amazon and they came back to me. Harassed me with phone calls at ungodly hours and then launched into an inappropriate barrage of text messages with emoji's. The product itself was cheap material and the clips where not durable either. Absolutely thr worst experience, avoid them at all cost!

Brilliant service, very helpful making buying very easy and straightforward. Would highly recommend the grids from Ecodeck and will be returning in the future. Thank you very much.

Excellent pre sales advice, a good price, very quick delivery and a promise to help if we need any more advice.
AND the Eco Deck gravel grids immediately stopped the "shifting" problems we had with a gravel drive on which the gravel was too deep. Completely recommended.

Bought the shed base grid system first and was very impressed, much better than laying slabs, Next project was our car parking space for two cars, Again not a problem. The deliveries were as promised and ALL the staff from the MD to the sales team were a pleasure to deal with. The best bit is that once laid and filled with ANGULAR gravel you do not get Gravel all over the place. FANTASTIC 100%
