eco energy experts  Reviews

It was great working with Darren, he found a good company to carry out the work (cavity wall insulation, ASHP and solar panels) and we're really pleased with the results. He answered a lot of our questions on the technology and always responded promptly to messages and emails. Some of the ideas we discussed at the beginning, particularly the location of the solar panels which couldn't go on our roof, we had to compromise on. But we could understand why and are very glad to have them as they have really saved on our electric bill.
I can definitely recommend this service.

When I first contacted Darren I had been messed about with a few other companies prior to his call. I knew after speaking with Darren he was honest and would get the work completed. Once the work had started after the surveyor had been round and walked through everything from radiators and hot water tank placement, it was all quickly and efficiently completed with a great team of engineers who were all polite and hard working. We had upgraded from an electric system to a full ASHP with radiators, hot water tank, loft insulation and solar panels, I now check the energy app to see how little we now spend each day on electricity, fantastic service and I would highly recommend.

Absolutely fantastic company and Darren explained everything and kept me informed every part of the way

Made initial enquiries regarding insulation and heating. The gentleman who called me back was very helpful, knowledgeable and able to answer all of the questions I raised in an efficient and friendly manner. I look forward to further engagement with this company in the very near future, and will gladly review the result. Many thanks

The majority of the teams that carried out the work were fast, professional, courteous & respectful. The scale of the work carried out is quite disruptive and should not be underestimated but having the teams we had who cleaned up after themselves & respected our home really helped. We can already feel the difference in temperature in the house thanks to the wall insulation. Thanks Darren & all the teams.

Thank you Darren for sorting out my heating. Was I a bit of a mess before I met you and you spent so much time sorting my heating out. So Great full

We're incredibly pleased with the whole process. Darren handled the initial application, with very little paperwork needed from us. We had a full central heating system fitted, to include an air source heat pump, plus loft insulation. The team of 6 men did this in just 2 days and were very considerate and helped move heavy furniture for us, when necessary. The actual fit was quite disruptive at the time, but it is so worth it. All we had previously to keep warm in winter was an open fire and a couple of panel heaters. I worried how we would keep warm once we're too old to fetch the wood in for the fire. We couldn't have afforded to install central heating without this grant. It has taken away a load of worry, updated the property, and we now even have hot water available all the time! Amazing! I can't recommend Eco Energy Experts highly enough. Everything was so easy, and the team who did the actual work were very professional, highly skilled, and worked quickly and efficiently.

Good review, The workmen we had were very courteous, friendly and cleaned up after themselves every visit. The company kept in touch with telephone calls and emails every visit

Very happy with the service and contractors who attended.
No complaints!

After a chance meeting with Darren we got talking and he explained what I was entitled to on the government scheme. Now its all done exactly what he promised and was always available on the phone or text with any questions that I had.
Excellent
Thanks

The company provided a great service with minimal disruption. They were professional and informative. The storage heaters have made a huge difference to my upstairs coastal flat providing efficient heat and at a reduce cost because of the new solar panels. Very greatful to your team. Thankyou

From start to finish the whole process was smooth running. Darren talked me through the process and was always there for any questions I had. I absolutely love my new hearing system and wish I’d done it sooner.

Can not say enough good about this company.! Always there for advice if something was wrong… Darren has talked me through it all.! Can’t thank him enough.
What a great team and fantastic customer services too

Very happy with the work done.and Darren was very helpful all the way through the process. Hopefully I will see a differents in my energy bills with the air source and and solar panels. All the work men very Professional .

The company installed attic insulation, a heat pump system and solar panels quickly and efficiently. Workers were friendly and helpful. Very happy with their work. I would have preferred it if the insulation in the attic was done after the other work

We had a wonderful team right from the first question we asked. All the different professionals were very friendly and tidy. We felt very comfortable having workmen in the house.
Explanations were given and checked with us. Questions were welcome and they were very hard working. All pipe work was hidden as well as possible. There was disruption for 2 days and the system was all in.
The workers were clean and tidy and very respectful of our home.
Communication is great and I can still drop a message to ask a question I’m not sure of.
Would highly recommend this company to anyone that asks.
