Love love love my ring! Was initially a bit skeptical about buying online but Steve was so helpful, we custom made it and I’m so happy with it. Great craftsmanship and so reasonably priced. Will be buying my wedding band from Ecolab too. Highly recommend!

Steve was very helpful, and although the diamond had to be flown over from the US he managed to have it sent to him, checked the authenticity and sent it through to me all within a couple of weeks. The filter tools and general search was a breeze too, I managed to find a well priced option that was a larger carat size than I had even considered before due to the prices in brick-and-mortar stores.

Big thankyou to steve for sorcing and creating an ideal engagement ring, just seen the finished product well within timeframe and it is amazing!

Never disappointed - This is my second purchase through Eco Lab Diamonds. As before I'd purchased a loose diamond then spoke to Steve (Saint Steve) and discussed design and cost (big diamond a lot of gold).

3 weeks turnaround was great!

All I can say is WOW!!! I can’t fault Ecolab one bit. Steve was amazing from day 1 even when I hadn’t bought anything. I had a million questions throughout and Steve was so patient in answering all of it no matter what time of day. The service, quality, craftsmanship and OMG the price, is truly unmatched!

Steve was even kind enough to let us meet the jeweller who would be crafting the ring by hand which is such a special experience that I’ll cherish forever. You won’t ever get that with the big chain stores. We got to collaborate with the jeweller, also named Steve, face to face and he gave us advice on design choices I wanted but how they were a bit impractical. I’m so happy I listened to him as I want my forever piece to be durable and it came out even better than I originally wanted!!

Do not hesitate and get your jewellery made by Ecolab! I’ve done a lot of research and for the price you really can’t find anything that compares in Australia with the quality you’ll get. It’s not too good to be true! You will get your dream ring without having to compromise with Ecolab. I can’t recommend them enough!! My jaw was on the floor when I saw the ring, I feel so lucky to have found them! I’m sure people won’t believe their eyes when they see my ring as it’s just THAT stunning.
