The diamond ring itself is beautiful and well crafted. The customer service could use some work. No updates on your orders and it took longer than the stated time on the website. When contacted about the ring I received two different excuses as to why it was delayed and I had to contact the company for updates myself

I was initially skeptical about the comparatively lower cost. Regardless, I risked it. I purchased a simple, elegant, 3.3 Carat, emerald cut, engagement ring. The estimated creation/delivery was 3-4 weeks and it came right on 4 weeks. Apart from the initial purchase receipt there was no further communication or updates during the waiting period which was quite nerve racking. An update when they begin making the ring would have been nice. I highly recommend going through Eco Lab Diamonds.

Communication with Steve from our very first phone call was great. He was very informative and put my mind at ease purchasing a diamond online, sight unseen. He guided me through the 4 C’s so I knew what to look for as I was adding to an existing diamond of a certain colour,
and when my diamond arrived to his office and wasn’t what I was looking for, he was quick to let me know and find a suitable replacement.

Now let’s get this straight…. I’m no bridezilla but when I was proposed to my partner didn’t even get the right colour of gold let alone the diamond.

I contacted Steve from Eco Lab Diamonds as I wished to buy an engagement ring for my partner. I hadn’t selected a company to go with and have little to no experience with diamonds or jewellery in general. Steve walked me through everything and explained the different cuts and how the diamonds are graded. He was very professional and paid attention to what I wanted.
