- A clear guarantee claim process, where you notify GS Diamonds within 14 days of noticing an issue (with photos and proof of purchase), and they’ll evaluate the piece.

The best customer service experience I’ve had
I never thought buying an engagement ring could be such a positive and seamless experience.
It started with a simple question while browsing the GS Diamonds website. I didn’t expect much from the online chat, but I connected with Lynsey Clark, who went above and beyond from the very beginning. What started as a non-committal enquiry turned into hours of help late into the night, followed by a message first thing the next morning after I’d asked her to research the diamond inventory for me. I remember waking up to her message and, in that very moment, deciding that this is where I’ll be spending my money. She had invested so much in helping me that I realised there was no point going to another store as what I had just experienced was world-class personalised service.
Lynsey then connected me with the Sydney QVB team and made sure they had all the context for the next step she suggested, including my secret “just having a look” trip with my partner.
That’s where I met Grace Huang, who I absolutely have to give a shoutout to. She came prepared for the challenge, was incredibly knowledgeable, warm and an absolute pleasure to deal with. She played along perfectly with the secret visit and became my go-to person for basically all the remainder of my experience in store. The Lynsey and Grace tag team is honestly hard to beat.
A special mention to Vita, the online store manager, who looked after me whenever Lynsey was away and somehow knew exactly where things were up to every time I jumped on chat. And Haylie from the QVB store, who gave me all the time I needed to inspect my chosen diamond without rushing me. I can tell you right now, this review would not be the same if that hadn’t been the case.
From online chat to the physical store, the continuity and personal service throughout the whole journey has been exceptional.

I had a great experience with GS Diamonds from the very first moment I got in touch with them. They were very accommodating and even accepted some last-minute changes to my order.
Everything was easy and straightforward, and the communication was always quick and smooth. The delivery arrived exactly on time, as promised.
And of course, the quality of the jewellery is even better than I expected. The ring looks amazing in person.
