- A lifetime guarantee against manufacturing defects, covering things like blemishes in the metal, chips or scratches present at collection, and uneven settings.
- A clear guarantee claim process, where you notify GS Diamonds within 14 days of noticing an issue (with photos and proof of purchase), and they’ll evaluate the piece.

As expected, the high quality service and professionalism that GS Sydney gave when we returned to price and spec our wedding bands was top notch. I will never go to another jeweller
From the moment my partner and I walked into GS Diamonds, we knew we would not be looking elsewhere.
