Brought my now wife’s engagement ring a couple of years ago
Recently one of the prongs on it had snapped supporting a diamond and we had it sent back as it was under warranty.
As per their request when we shipped the ring back to be repaired or replaced they had asked for me to put the return address which I did.
Despite this once it was received and they were sending the replacement they had sent me an email saying they were sending to an existing address which wasn’t correct
I had emailed stating that this wasn’t the correct address and as per their request I had shipped the ring with the right address
I then received an email from their team saying the address had been updated.
Two weeks later, the replacement ring was still sent to the wrong address
This whole process has been so poor and the fact that something that is so expensive and sentimental has been sent to the wrong address to despite all this is so disappointing
I will not be using this company again

Fantastic company really user friendly website was able to craft the ring to exactly what I wanted I was purchasing an engagement ring for my fiaance. I was kept informed during the progress of the ring being made. The ring was fantastic and my fiaance loves it will definitely use them again

My husband purchased my wedding ring…
My husband purchased my wedding ring from this company in February this year and after 4 and 1/2 months later a diamond fell out of my wedding ring. To get anything fixed you have to run through fire barefooted .. it has now been with them for 5 weeks every second we have had to chase them up every time with promises saying that the call will be returned.. I hope managed read this and see that they have incompetent staff .. it’s sad because they produce beautiful pieces but I’m not sure we’d ever buy anything from them again

I was a little concerned buying off of a website, but I did a lot of checking and crossed my fingers. The website was great and I was able to get a ring that I wanted. The international diamond certificate seemed a bit more expensive than other sites, and I wish I could have added to the purchase. I was very happy when it turned up 4 weeks later.
Everyone loves it, especially my girlfriend who it was for.
