The salesperson was very helpful, patient and had great suggestions for our wedding band.
In the end we trusted him and ordered a custom wedding band for myself that wasn’t available to view in the store - per his recommendation.
We are really happy with the whole process and would happily put our trust in the man who helped us again. We are really happy with the ring we received and are so glad we put our trust in.

Great service. Staff helpful, knowledgeable, and had good suggestions.

The only suggestions I have:

I found it very difficult communicating with the mobile given. I left & text several messages with no response. I think there should be other means of communication, since you cannot reply to emails sent to you.

My other suggestion is, when I went into the store, after doing all online information, there wasn't available the size stone in the earrings I was looking to buy. The staff were very apologetic.
I had to order on the basis of a different size. As you have 30day return policy, I took the chance it would be ok.
My earrings turned out beautiful and I am very happy with them.

Overall a very good experience.

I have dreamt of a tennis bracelet since I was little. I never thought it possible and then I came upon Diamonds Factory. The ease of their website, any queries immediately answered, getting to break down every aspect of how you want to create your purchase and the quality of the product is outstanding. It is classic, solid and so incredibly sparkly!! I purchased a 9ct white gold tennis bracelet with lab grown diamonds (you would NOT be able to tell anything different). It was a wonderful Birthday present and will not be my last purchase from D.F. It makes a little dream affordable and accessible and I'm so happy with my bracelet. Thank you.

Excellent selection services online. Information about purchase order was very good. Ongoing communication about order and delivery were excellent. The product authenticated and certificates added and delivered with the product included quality guarantee. The design is beautiful for a diamond earring studded in rose gold.

DO NOT USE.
They will happily take your money and convince everything will be ok.
We ordered our wedding bands from them.
They promised it will be delivered before our wedding which was 4 weeks out. Nothing got delivered. Every day I had to follow up. 5 days before the wedding they tell us that the rings won't make it on time. Leaving us no time even to find a backup.
They have the worst customer service, they will never call you back, they lie about escalation your requests to the 3CX team, they don't know how to track orders from their production team, they don't get updates from the production team.
They even placed the wrong order for us for the rings and later said because we changed it it caused a delay.
Anup the manager doesn't know the basics of customer service and blatantly lies to just get you off the phone.
STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. THEY SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN.
Absolutely the worst jeweller in all of Sydney. I wish I had read the reviews before dealing with them.

Beautiful ring delivered on time

Quality of service and customer care to detail and attention. The diamond stud earrings were tailor made for me and I appreciated the guidance and carefully informative attention to detail that I received. The diamonds were ready within three weeks and packaged and presented perfectly.

Had my son's engagement ring delivered and carefully packed..
Pretty happy on the updates as well on what's going on in regards to my order..

My wife loved the product, and it is of really good quality.
I was disappointed with the service. I had to chase on the delivery and when I wanted to change the delivery address there seemed to be a lot of loops to jump through.
It made me nervous that I had been scammed. Thankfully not.

Product was as described and quality good. The only reasons I didn't give 5 stars was minor customisation required a CAD and consultation meaning more time and cost, and it was unclear through the purchasing experience that the product would be manufactured and shipped from Mumbai. As mentioned. No concern with quality I just felt this should have been more transparent.

The staff Fleur helped me a lot looking for the perfect engagement ring for my girlfriend now my fiancé. Lot of knowledge, ideas, and suggestions which lead me find the one I was looking for. Very helpful even after the visit in the shop through email placing order. Thank you so much!
