Eco Pet Parcel Reviews 

I am very concerned/upset about my recent, and only, experience with EPP. Rami @ Eco Pet Parcel was delightfully helpful when I asked about 'clearance' Chhurpi Dog Chews which were just out of date. He assured me they would be safe, which I am sure is correct. They arrived, beautifully packaged. Unfortunately, they are so very hard - my delightfully greedy little dog cannot even begin to chew them - even after being softened in hot water ... he has totally lost interest! Such is life - sometimes a bad purchase/judgement is made.
However, what troubles me is my reviews seem to have been - how should I say ... hidden! I've been to check just now, after being told by Rami, all reviews "should be live on the website" after his instruction to "clear your cookies".
I’ve done that, but - guess what, the product I bought and reviewed, has disappeared from the Eco Pet Parcel website so, naturally, there are no old/past reviews of it ... and the instruction yesterday, on the website, the product was "out of stock, but click here to be notified when it is back" has also disappeared.
UPDATE: I’ve just cleared my website cookies again and Chhurpi chews of any description seem to have magically disappeared from ”long lasting chews” but are listed (if you enter 'Chhurpi Dog Chews as a specific item in the search bar) as "A Celebration of Our First Own Brand Product - Chhurpi Dog Chews" with no reviews - really?! I wonder why?!
Also, their to me email to me on 19th October, inviting me to review the product, the clearance and the company on judge.me, doesn’t seem to have my review of the company itself, though it does record my review that my dog could not manage the Chhurpi chews. How come that review doesn’t show on EPP’s website as well and mt company review doesn’t show on either site as far as I can see?! Rami said all reviews"should be live on the website" but, I assume as the product has been redefined ………. that has hidden the old reviews!
I will leave you all to draw your own conclusions about Eco Pet Parcel!
Shopping online is becoming a nightmare - how very sad a small company, with so much potential and promise, has chosen this path to add to the nightmare, when it really doesn’t need to!!!
Let’s just go back to the High Street, please!

The gifts arrived in good time. They were well packaged. G&W toys are always popular!

Both toys were shredded within days, soon as they got damp, they really stunk, stitching was not strong enough! I only have a picture of the rocket leftovers if required, as the Dachshund was totally demolished?
* I also thought reviews are general and honest, I was asked for a review, and thats what I gave, does not say its a personal review, as your buying in these items? *

We have recently rescued 2 very small dogs who haven’t understood toys or chews and want to eat every twig or just inappropriate household item they can find.

I have bought other toys and ropes and ‘stuff’ to entice them into chewing: however the cinnamon slices and all three of the toys I purchased seem to have been the first that have appealed

Customer service was also very helpful; and delivery was fast.

Always fast delivery, sends a whatsapp message when you have ordered to keep you updated which is brilliant. My 4 month old spaniel LOVES the yak chew!! she always tried to eat the seatbelt when in the car, or anything she could get her mouth on. Now the yak keeps her settled for the car journey. She’s gone through two in the span of a month and a bit.

We’ve brought a few orders from here now, they always come on time and we’ve never had any problems. They are reasonably priced compared to most shops ect . Would highly recommend
