It arrived a few days early via next…
It arrived a few days early via next day delivery by DPD and had a return label inside. So I was able to track it. Everythingvwas the accurate to what I delivered and fit to size so No worries for my trip. I got a reminder on when to return it too once I was finished.

We have spoken to our warehouse team about your complaint and below is their response:
“That was a brand new product (retail not rental stock). It has never left the stock room since the brand delivered. The stock room is dry and clean.
I went to the storage and checked other units from the same style, and a few random Eco Ski retail products. Any smell in the stock room is no different to the smell you get from many high street brands. It may be caused by several factors, such as:
Manufacturing Process: During production, fabrics are often treated with chemicals to enhance durability, prevent wrinkling, or give them specific textures. These include dyes, preservatives, and formaldehyde resins, which can leave behind odours.
Packaging and Shipping: Clothes are sometimes treated with chemicals like fungicides and preservatives to prevent mould, mildew, or pests while in storage or being shipped long distances. The enclosed packaging can trap these smells.
Synthetic Materials: Fabrics like polyester, nylon, or spandex are derived from petroleum-based products, which can have a distinct chemical smell, especially when freshly made.
Finishes: Some garments are coated with water-repellent, flame-retardant, or stain-resistant finishes, which can also contribute to the chemical odour.
These smells usually fade after washing the clothes a couple of times or airing them out. Hence, while EcoSki should be aware of the above factors contributing to chemical smell of some of their products.
We’re so sorry you’re not happy. We are going to pick this up with the brand and find out re the above “smell”. We remove the plastic packaging before we ship to our customers to take the responsibility of recycling this away from you. This way we know it is recycled properly.. Perhaps it was the recycled plastic packaging that left a slight smell … If you would like to return it we do offer a full refund.

Kit for Canada skiing
The kit they provided for a very cold season in Canada kept me warm at almost all times even reaching temperatures of -40 C. Would really recommend they have a wide range of kit and equipment. You can also rent 5 stars

Phenomenal service - What a gem EcoSki is!
I'd left it late to hire a Jacket & Salopettes for a ski trip to France. I contacted Ecoski within a week of departure to see if they could help. Well, the service was phenomenal with help on sizing and instant email responses from the team. The items arrived within 48hrs - Rachel even added 2 sizes of jacket to ensure I had an option which fitted - Thank you :)
I was soo happy with the clothing - quality & fit were great, I returned the items the day after my return with the included label - totally hassle free!
I've already recommended Eco ski to my skiing pals, and will 100% use them next year, though I won't leave it soo late! :)

Excellent company with first class customer service
EcoSki are an excellent company with first class customer service. I hired a jacket and trousers for a 4 day trip to Finland. The clothing is top quality and very economical to hire instead of buying.
The communication from EcoSki is brilliant, keeping you informed of delivery, how things are going and reminders on returning the items.
I wouldn’t hesitate to use this company again and I would highly recommend them.
