Super service, excellent items. My jacket still had the label on it ! Arrived in plenty of time before our trip. Added one extra item and all dealt with promptly.

Excellent! If I had to sum up the customer support and the selection of gear they provide to rent and purchase. Do not hesitate to rent/purchase from EcoSki they have a wide range of ski gear, that would cater for all needs, and they also retain items from older seasons, so if you're interested in purchasing items that maybe out of the market for new, you may be able to get it from EcoSki. With regards to if you have any queries their customer support, on my instance Rachael was promptly in touch and fulfilled my queries. EcoSki are credible and should you need any ski or gear in general - what are you waiting for?

What a superb company. I got EXCELLENT quality kit to wear for my trip delivered to my door with no effort. The team were incredibly knowledgable in helping me choose the best kit for my body type and snow needs. The kit was in superb condition and I loved wearing it. I will definitely be using them again.

As a total novice I had no idea what was needed and was guided through everything from start to finish. An amazing company that love the job they do! Extremely easy to use and return the clothing and boots afterwards. Everything arrived in plenty of time and they exchanged anything that didn’t quite fit in time too. Even gave me a few tips on what I may need when there that I hadn’t already planned!

I find shopping for ski kit as challenging as finding a pair of jeans to suit me.
But eco ski made it a joy.
They sent a wide variety of ski jackets and bottoms that I was able to try on at home with my own base and mid layers. I was so positively surprised to fit them all and so actually had a choice of outfits. They chose the array of items for me with their excellent product knowledge after asking me for my style and colour preference alongwith my body measurements.
I have skied for over 30yrs and this is revolutionary service. Truly technical kit with excellent sustainable credentials at an affordable price all delivered and returned via a user friendly system. I’m in!

I could not rate EcoSki more highly. I have a baby and trying to work out what size she would fit was a challenge but EcoSki helped me find the right size for her and she was so super snug for the entire holiday. Renting top quality kit is worth the investment 150%. When I was her age, mum borrowed some kit from a friend that turned out to not be very waterproof. I was so ill and had to be cared for for the rest of the ski trip. Mum has since always relayed to me how important it is to dress in high-quality kit to prevent illness. I couldn't agree with her more.

The ski equipment rental is a brilliant idea and exactly what is needed - reasonably priced, sent on time, making the whole process practical and seamless. Good quality ski gear for a week, no need to clean or store - and you can get something else next time. Thank you!

I rented one of the Planks II bibs and brace ski suits from EcoSki and cannot recommend the company enough. My ski suit arrived in plenty of time before my departure and was in brilliant condition - the process of renting and returning is extremely easy, the rental gear comes with a return label and you simply just take it to a DPD drop off. Customer services are easy to contact and handle any issues friendly and professional - 10/10 way to rent new ski pieces :)

This is a fantastic company who made renting my ski gear so easy. I love that you can talk to real people about your order and the customer service I have received is probably the best customer service of any company I have dealt with. They were so helpful and easy to contact at any time. I could not fault this company and will 100% use them next time I go skiing.

Had some complications over Christmas with customs and delivery. Started to get worried about the gear but after we told the team they were like bounty hunters tracking our stuff down and getting it released. They were even researching other places we could source our gear if it couldn’t arrive in time. Rachel and Isabel and the whole team were lifesavers - their service was incredible. Will be using EcoSki always from now on.

We're going skiing for a long weekend and I didn't want to buy all new kit when my post-baby body does not fit my old kit and I found ecoski. Great quality kit but without the big pricetag! Their try on service us brilliant - I'm now all set fro my trip and know the clothes I have rented will work perfectly. Rachael was amazing at helping me find the right thing for me. The quality of the ski clothing we rented was brilliant and kept us warm, dry and comfortable in the French Alps. Communications and service from Rachael and the Ecoski team was fantastic. I would definitely use Ecoski again for any future trips and recommend them highly to others.
