I found Ecowise Renewables Ltd to be very professional and efficient. The work was carried out on the specified day to a high standard. Due to circumstances beyond their control (scaffolding erected by a separate firm) they were unable to locate the battery in the location which I had specified. They later returned after the scaffolding had been removed and relocated the battery. I was particularly impressed with their communication which was very quick and dealt with any concerns which I highlighted. Once the work was completed the site was left in a clean and tidy manner. I have no hesitation whatsoever in highly recommending this company.

The Sales Manager conducted an informed discussion with us of our requirements and provided a very competitive quote and the company were able to carry out the work within the next week.

Installation was carried out to a high standard with minimum disruption and all mess and waste materials were cleared away each day.

The system has performed beyond expectations and a second battery has subsequently been fitted and we would not hesitate to recommend the company to others.

Ecowise installed 22 Solar panels and 2 x Tesla powerwall 3 batteries at my home.

The installation was carried out in one day and the work was of a very high standard, the guys kept me informed every step of the way and conducted a comprehensive handover before leaving.

The price was extremely competitive and although not the cheapest I am glad I chose Ecowise as the experience has been 5* all the way.

I had a battery and inverter installed yesterday. Initially there was a misunderstanding but Les the Managing Director dropped everything and came out on a Saturday to sort the problem out. It was installed by Sean who was excellent. After a rocky start they really did turn it around so would recommend them to anyone.

Ecowise Renewables Ltd installed a replacement ESS inverter and new battery (EP3) storage to our 10 year old solar system. The work was carried out professionally and the installer spent extra time to ensure a neat install with the wires to the electricity meter box hidden from view. We have had the battery system for ~9 months now and am ready pleased with the results and the supporting App.

1st Class service from Ecowise, how nice it was to get a visit to measure everything up rather than relying on Google earth, Sales pitch was great and no hard sell and advised on best locations for everything, Scaffold arrived the day before the install and was swiftly put up, install team arrived on the install date given and checked everything over, quickly sorted a couple of minor issues, job completed and commissioned the same day, fitters went through everything and set up the app, scaffold removed next day, very pleased with the whole package offered by Ecowise, Highly recommended them.

Ecowise carried out a full install of 12 solar panels and battery at my property. From the initial sales visit to completion, the service exceeded expectation. The scaffold was erected the day before, followed by a highly professional team the following day, who completed the entire install of panels, battery and new meters in one day, which also included the removal of the scaffold. Everything was left clean and tidy, with full explanation of the system, apps and controls. Highly recommended!!!

We had our solar panel system designed and installed by Les and his team in May and couldn’t be happier with the results. The install went smoothly, and all our questions were answered.

The installation was straight forward. Les and his team were polite, respected my property and most importantly I did not feel that they oversold equipment I didn't need. All was tailored to my usage and the structure of my property. No complaints.

Installation was good. but backup is poor big dealy getting connected to octopus was told i would be reimbursed for the two months generation thats incorrect.When you get your installation done find out if the fox app is up to date to allow for forced discharge after many calls to Fox i now have a functioning system.didn't bother with Ecowise.

Not finishing the work not replying to phone calls not rectifying bad work

Great service from Les and the team throughout the entire engagement. Answered all our questions during the design and consultation so we fully understood the work. On the day of installation further design improvements were made once the team had been able to do more hands on investigation. Very pleased with the outcome.
