Fitted a 6w solar battery to my original solar panel system. Great company, very friendly, every thing explained in detail from selling to fitting he solar battery. after sales are great, battery stopped charging possibly due to a possible power cut , Malcom had me back working in seconds the amazing thing was the call was answered immediately not an hour later. We are a household of 3 . my July electric bill was £17, Aug £18 and sept £21 so I'm a happy Chappy. Thanks Ecowise..

Excellent company, friendly & informative, they carried out an installation that others either refused or priced ridiculously high as it involved a long run from a detached garage to the house.

They are very responsive and have been post install, highly recommended.

Sales team were not "pushy". Installers turned up on agreed date and installed system as specified in the surveys.
Installers were clean and tidy and left a neat installation .Software was fully explained before departure.

They carefully explained how the solar panels would be installed. The work was completed within their timescale. Tidied up very well at the end of work. The panels are working well. I would recommend the company without hesitation

Fast, prompt and punctual service

Very professional service throughout the process from quite to handover completion. Ecowise managed the entire installation and completion of documentation to obtain export funding.

We had a visit from Les at Ecowise Renewables to discuss solar panels and wether they would benefit us. Les was very professional and fair, even telling us that due to us finding a very rare good deal on our electricity, we didn't even need the solar panels at the moment!
After reviewing the benefits we decided to go ahead and 2 days later they were installed.
The installers were clean, polite and professional.
Malcolm was very helpful with a couple of issues we had with late scaffolders (van breakdown) and one of our panels which was quickly replaced the next day.
So far, so good!

Everyone from initial contact, to installer, to after install support was very polite, helpful and knowledgeable.
Install was done on time and as specified. Post install issue with solar inverter losing connection to Wi-Fi was dealt with quickly and successfully.

Contacted Ecowise regarding Solar panels with battery. I found them very approachable & professional. The price was competitive, with a date for installation agreed. Everything went to plan with the installation & the scaffolding removed on the same day. I am very pleased with the products & would not hesitate to recommend to family & friends

good company to deal with start to finish

They arrived promptly, worked very unobtrusively and cleared up most of the mess, although there was some moss on the patio which had been dislodged from the roof when they fitted the panels. The electric wasn't off for too long and the engineer showed me how the app worked so we can track what's happening. Unfortunately there have been some teething problems with the app but the main engineer has been very prompt in coming out to try to resolve everything and even reconnected all our devices to the internet on his last visit.

The solar panel installation was completed in record time. The installers were highly professional and skilled. They did a seamless job, and the handover was informative. I highly recommend this company for a top-notch solar panel installation.

I have had Solar for a number of years. One array faces south and another array faces west. Together with two individual inverters and a solar diverter to heat the hot water I was concerned about how an additional array, facing East plus inverter and battery could be added and whether it would be worth the expense.

I should not have worried. The new system is producing as much as the old..

The price was competitive, the equipment very up to date and the installation was done within the day. One or two problems regarding the location of the battery and inverter were resolved satisfactorily.

Now if we get sun in the morning the new panels pick it up long before the existing and even when the existing are getting full sun the new ones are still very effective.

Chose Ecowise for a number of reasons, Which reviews, accreditation and professionalism. Good to their word. Work started on Tuesday 8am and by 3pm they had more or less finished. 8 panels and battery, all in all a very good job. Every concern about wiring routing was addressed and apart from looking at the roof or in the under-stairs cupboard, there are no visible signs of the installation, brilliant!. Communication before, during and after the job was very good.
