Great customer service
Great customer service. Always got a quick answer when I enquired by phone and email. They are waiting to serve you unlike other businesses who run away from seeing suctomers. Product is great and delivered on time.
PS: The only thing that got me worried was that the email confirmation of my order came late but they confirmed when I enquired and I was assured that it was being processed.

Have no problems with supplier the let down was the the courrier stated they were going to deliver the next day but didn't, then got another text the next day saying same but did deliver that time. thats why only given 4 stars as stated stars are for supplier.

A European adaptor and no instructions!
The unit arrived just within the delivery date quoted.
There were no set up instructions in the plain box packaging
The power adapter was European. Not uk.
The price was competitive

I think these people think I'm stupid
Sent a message saying i would have to pay more for a UK plugged (!) item. I replied saying I would need a UK plugged one and how much would it cost. They sent 3 of the 4 items I ordered but not UK plugged, I tried to ask about the items and they just sent me proof that the orders had been delivered. I can only think that the people working for the company are actually stupid

Excellent fast service even though I only paid for standard delivery.

I can see the description and the picture of the item on the website both clearly says Quick Charge Stand. So it is not falsely advertised. The specification on the product page also mentions the product type as a Charging stand. If you mistakenly ordered it, we are happy to take it back. RMA team will reach you shortly.
Arrived quicker than expected
Arrived quicker than expected. Delivery had bounced the box around and it was dented and breaking open, but inner packaging stayed sound. Good price will keep the company in mind.

Excellent From Start to Finish
The website was good, the ordering system easy and straightforward, and the item, a camera, was delivered by UPS the following day, when it was scheduled to arrive six days after ordering. The camera was exactly as expected. I have never used ECPROF before and was delighted with their excellent work. There will be a next time!
