They had the correct part at a reasonable price and it was shipped really quickly. Their admin leaves a little bit to be desired, as I received the part and had it fitted before I was notified of its despatch! Minor detail though.

Order was delivered well packaged and arrived within the delivery timescale.

All fine, but don't take the two day shipping as gospel. Or expect an automatic refund if they don't achieve it.

A quick and easy purchase, I found exactly what I needed and received it on time. I will be using ECPROF for future purchases of this nature.

I used ECPROF to order a MOBO, was the only place I could find in the UK that had the MSI Z790 Godlike Max in stock.

Places the order, had the confirmation that it would take 7-12 days for delivery.

I contacted customer service service who advised that this was form the European stock and not UK stock which is why it would take so long for delivery.

I was a bit frustrated as the website said it was in stock with no mention of it not being held in the UK.

Spoke with Maria who is an account manager, had great customer service. Explained the whole process, and kept me updated evert step of the way.

Delivery arrived around a week after the order so not to bad. Was packaged really well so as not to get damaged in transport.

Would have gave 5 stars if the website told me it was an international delivery!

ECPROF supplied a server motherboard which I was unable to find elsewhere in UK. Excellent service. Haven't installed motherboard yet.

AVOID these cowboys.
Ordered 2 monitors for new office and paid extra for next day delivery.
Next day nothing arrived and contacted them and they said item was now out of stock so would be 6 business days.
I waited 2 weeks and they didn’t contact me and the items didn’t arrive. I contacted them and they said they want more money as the sale price had now ended ??? They said if I paid it the items were now in stock and they would deliver the next day.
I refused to pay extra and they said the items are out of stock and they cancelled the order.
What a joke of a company

Ordering was simple and delivery quick. Part arrived as described and installed and working with no issues.

Easy to deal with and good prices. Delivery took a while as it had to be imported from the USA. Would recommend.

Hello from Canada. I had been looking for a way to order a very specific Fujitsu laptop for months, but they no longer sell in North America. I finally stumbled on ECPROF. Their price beat everyone else. Shipping process was simple and relatively cheap. Very happy! Highly recommend.
