Ordering was easy, delivery not so great
Ordering was easy and i decided to pay exra for a 1- 2 day delivery as i needed the item as i was going on holiday. But this turned out to be a waste of money as the item which was showing on the tracking all of a sudden changed form "its on its way" to rerouted. after a number of phone calls to the carrier they said it had been sent elsewhere, although ECPROF emailled me telling me that i had got the product. after more phone calls and emails i was told i would get a replacement, but then 5 days later the original item was delivered with the exact same tracking number. standard delivery by UPS (2 days). so my experience from ordering and recieving has not been the best i expected the item in the given time, was concerned as it said it was delivered elsewhere and had to wait after paying extra for delivery.

Abysmal Service
The first part of my order arrived in good time and in good order. I also ordered a motherboard and a processor (Ryzen 9 PRO 3600). I had been promised a 5-7 day delivery. Several weeks after the initial order, the motherboard and processor came into the country. I was asked for £49.01 import duties and there was a further delay sorting this out. Finally, the package arrived. Inside the Motherboard was fine, in its original box and obviously brand new. However, the processor was not in its original box and the pins were protect by a bit of scrap foam rubber! Looking at the top plate I then realised it was the cheaper Ryzen 9 3600 NOT the PRO version. Then, to my horror I noticed that it had scrape marks where thermal compound had been removed, yes IT WAS SECOND HAND!!!!! I contacted the company and sent them photographs to show it was not the model ordered and that it was, in fact, second hand. The response I got was an email showing the delivery details of the parts supplied, and nothing else. I contacted the firm who apologised and told me it had been passed to the relevant team. I was then asked to return the item, for which ECPROF paid courier fees. However, they stated it would be picked up the following day. I emailed to say that I would not be in that day and would they kindly make it the following day. As it was 4.50pm I also followed this up with a telephone call to make sure it was done. I was assured it would be arranged for the day I requested. On returning home the next day I found a note from the courier saying they had called to collect the processor. I rang them and they confirmed that ECPROF had not contacted them to change the date of delivery, so I sorted that out. I was also asked to email ECPROF to let them know when the parcel was collected. This I did but got no response from ECPROF. I eventually called them to ask what was going on as we were now 6 weeks from order date and I was still waiting to build the system. I was told that it would be sent back to their supplier for inspection and replacement or repair. I pointed out that it was not the processor I had ordered or that was specified on their invoice and that it was a second hand item so I did not want it repaired. I also pointed out that as it was not the item detailed on their invoice, they just needed to replace it with the true item or refund my money. The assistant promised to telephone me back in one hour after contacting 'the relevant department'. Two and a half hours late, having heard nothing, I rang them again and insisted that they either post the correct item out to me today, or refund my money in full. I was told this was not the procedure. I became more insistent and asked if he did not have the authority to do this to put me on to his manager or someone who could sanction this odd idea of returning the customers money when the company was unable to fulfil the order. After being put on hold for a short while, eventually I was told that the money would be refunded. slightly less than an hour after my telephone call, I received an email to say my money had been refunded. Sadly, after all this time, my alternative supplier, who was selling the same chip £3 cheaper had run out and I am now faced with spending over £100 extra to get an equivalent processor. The email ended with a hopeful 'Looking forward to having a long term association with you'. Obviously this will not be the case as after all the stress of sorting the problem, plus the extra needless expense they have caused me, I would never trust them with another order.

was showing stock and when placed the order they told me no stock and have to cancel the order, what a waste of time. dont advertise if you dont have the item.
Delivery cost high and late.
Delivery cost came in way too high.
Delivery lead time was not as advertised so had to buy elsewhere in order to hit the instal schedule.
Cancelled order on the phone but screen still arrived - even later than the already late delivery date. So now i have a screen i cant use !

Ordered a Unifi Dream Router from ECPROF and at every step I have had no end of issues with this company.
1.) Ordering item, said it was in stock and delivery 2 -3 days
I ordered from this company as my original router had died and needed a replacement quickly.
8 days later parcel arrived.
2.) RMA item
Product I bought was faulty and had to RMA the product.
Tried to do directly with Ubiquity but as ECPROF is NOT an official reseller I could not return via the official channel.
So had to RMA the item through ECPROF which I had to pay the delivery and send it to their distributor.
Waited over a month and ECPROF could not proivde me any updates or timescales within that time as to what the hell was happening with my Router and when i would receive a replacement.
I had to chase weekly and got the same cut and paste response from them each week with no update as to when my router would be returned.
In the end took it into my own hands and called the distributor who within a few days refunded ECPROF.
3.) Refund item
Waited 7 days for the refund, had to chase multiple times.
They refunded me through Paypal as this was how I originally bought the item. However the way they refunded me resulted in me being charged a fee so did not get the full amount.
So not only was I without my router for over a month I am also now out of pocket for both the full refund amount and costs of sending a fault item back.
In the end I had to buy another router this time from an official reseller NetXL who delivered on time and at a decent price.
ECPROF is an absolutely dreadful company avoid at all costs. Be warned!!!

Not restricted to German
The phone is on the face of it a 'German' device. However in conjunction with a Fritz Router, and an active internet connection (mine was not so when I got the phone) it updates itself through the router, AND takes the language of the router, which was set to English.
The FritzFon X6 is all bells and whistles. Fully functional but I have yet to set up it's features.
