The shopping experience was quick and easy and worked efficiently. However, Startrack let you down badly, they missed the same day delivery that I paid for, Thursday. I did not receive the parcel until the following Tuesday. I contacted star track 5 times and could not get a satisfactory answer, in fact Star Track could not advise where the parcel was and could not contact the driver to determine this. The parcel was returned to the wharehouse and I was advised that they were unable to access the site, which was untrue.
However, I would point out that on contact with Edisons they were on to the case.

Very happy with the Edisons Power Blade 480CX mower with it's 17" cutting width, it now takes me half the time to mow compared with the 13" cutting width of the Ozito that I had.

Product failure & poor experience
I had a poor experience and recommend looking elsewhere for purchases like mine (WARTON petrol high-pressure water pump). My item failed within the first few uses, was repaired by Edison, and then failed again. Customer service was reasonably efficient with repairs (which should not have been necessary), but fell short in correctly applying Australian Consumer Law for a major failure and initially only offered a replacement or store credit rather than a refund that I requested and am entitled to.

As part of our process, we needed to inspect the unit to accurately identify the cause and nature of the fault. This inspection allows us to determine whether the issue constitutes a minor or major failure under Australian Consumer Law. Where a product is assessed as having a minor failure, we are entitled to repair the item at no cost to the customer, rather than offering an immediate replacement or a refund.
To resolve this issue, given that this was the second attempt at a fault after return, our team has now processed a full refund to resolve the issue, rather than a store credit or a replacement that we have offered.
Please rest assured that the inspection was not intended to delay a resolution, but to ensure the matter was handled fairly, correctly, and in line with your consumer rights.
If you have any further questions or require confirmation of the refund, please don’t hesitate to let us know. We appreciate your understanding.

Excellent after sales service
Excellent after sales service and support. I bought a Chinese diesel heater for my caravan from them and it worked beautifully but then stopped working. After a bit of troubleshooting it appeared to be the glow plug which they happily replaced and when that didn’t work I isolated it to the fuel pump which they also replaced both with our argument and both at no cost to me.
They really look after their customers
