Great service, very fast delivery, great products
I have purchased from Edison's many times over the past 6 months and so far their products have exceeded expectations. My latest purchase was for a 22" chain, on special for under $150. My old chain saw was going to cost more than that just to get it running.
Customer service is fantastic, delivery is outstanding, considering how unreliable Aust Post is nowadays.

Based on our thorough review of your inquiry and the feedback you’ve shared publicly, we’d like to clarify a few important points.
Firstly, while we aim to provide the most comprehensive support possible, circuit diagrams are not provided to us by the manufacturer, as they are not part of the standard production documentation.
As the retailer and brand owner, we take product support seriously; however, certain internal technical specifications are not shared beyond the manufacturing team, but we will do our best to help with any troubleshooting or alternatives available.
Secondly, in relation to your claim of purchasing the Rossi BT-750P charger from Edison’s two years ago, we carefully checked our records under the names (J LOUDON & John loudon) and email addresses you provided but were unable to locate any such purchase.
This makes it difficult for us to verify and assist further without additional purchase details.
While we understand your frustration, we respectfully ask that one outcome does not define the overall after-sales service we provide, as our team consistently strives to assist customers to the best of their ability within the limitations we face.

Next day delivery was the quickest I've ever had from an online supplier, enabling me to start my project earlier. Very happy with the quality and ease of assembly of the mobile scaffolding. Just the thing for painting 10' patterned plaster ceilings and will be handy for trimming hedges as well.
