Great customer service
We have bought several items from Educational toys over the past couple of years. The quality of the toys (especially the wooden toys) is excellent and exactly what we needed for our Nursery children. They arrived on time and were exactly as described and definitely good value. Unfortunately one of the items arrived missing parts from the box a call and follow up email to the customer care support was quickly followed up by Aimee and a replacement sent out - great customer service, thank you.

The two Bilibo toys we have bought for our grandchildren have gone down really well. It is a physical toy that they can use indoors; it's great fun and they can use their imaginations to decide whether it is a shell, a stepping stone or a seat, or something else altogether. Great fun!

Great products, great service
I discovered Educational Tiys and hen I was searching for a Hoberman Sphere. There are plenty of cheap copies available online but Educational Toys stock the originals and at a good price.
I was not disappointed. Easy to place an order. Good communication regarding delivery. It arrived in good time. And the sphere is well made.
I’ll order the larger one in future.

The shelves were difficult to fit into…
The shelves were difficult to fit into the frame - I had to use a screwdriver to lever them in. The shelves do not hang very evenly i.e. the gap between some shelves is a bit narrow. Delivery came on time.

Its broken already
Its broken already. The poles are so flimsy they broke on first use. Hardly built for toddlers. My previous dark den was of much sturdier build, despite costing less and it lasted for 10 years without a single issue. Very disappointed.
