a solid 4, they have a lot of replica and magazine that are not available for now in my country, the only thing that led me to give only 4 is because my country changed there rules for importation and the site didn't send an email, they explicated it only when i reached first (2 weeks later )

I gave them 4 stars because they do not have instructions to how to put this together. I live in Korea where there are restrictions, hence it came disassemble, but there was no instructions on the reassembly...

They are great to work with all my parts go here and where packed well will buy from them a lot more

Excellent product, good service!

Very reasonable shipping cost and time to Canada, great selection of internals and externals that were allowed to import. Have purchased multiple times from eHobby and will continue to. Mostly GBB internals ordered and some AEG accessories, all legit and good quality items. Lots of options for stock at great prices, especially when there are sales.

2nd purchase from Ehobby and again a great price even with postage far heaper than UK sellers for genuine magazines. Arrived within 8 days of purchasing.

My experience with E-Hobby has been very positive. Orders are typically processed within 1–2 days, and depending on the shipping method, delivery is quite fast. In my most recent order, I placed the purchase on Sunday and received it the following Wednesday in Denmark. Everything was well packaged, and all items arrived exactly as ordered.

Pricing is good overall, but it’s worth noting that VAT is added, along with a VAT-handling fee charged by the shipping company. In my case it was +25% VAT + 24 EUR for VAT-handling fee

My only suggestion would be to introduce a mid-range shipping option. Currently, the choices are either very cheap but take 30+ days, or very fast (around 3 days) but quite expensive. A middle option could be appealing and might help increase sales within the EU.

Outstanding Shipping and my items cleared customs on time. I paid the tariffs upfront and had zero issues. I really appreciate everything Red Wolf did.

I recently ordered from this website. The item itself is a good price, but the shipping is $50 so in total was about $110 for shipping and then I contact them saying that my package still hasn’t arrived then they sent me an email back saying I have to pay 13 more dollars to PayPal for the shipping to continue. I told them I’m not paying $13 because I already paid $100.

I was very unsure and a little weary of ordering outside of the US due to Trump's tariffs, but it arrived on time, undamaged and without any extra costs. The tariff fee was applied pre shipping so no surprise payments. The Product itself arrived in decent condition with minor damage to the box, but that can be chalked up to shipping. The airsoft gun itself did arrive with a loose selector which is a little annoying, but everything else seems to be in working order so far. Overall, my past few orders have been great and the communication with customer support is excellent.
