Worst company ever. They sell broken products and do not responde to emails unless the case is going in their favor. I bought a product which was broken by the time it got here. I proceeded to send an inquiry to ehobby by mail. They replied to me in like 5 hours saying that they need videos and pictures. I found the fault and it was a broken fire pin and the shotshells were also leaking gas.. I sent them detailed pics and vid’s of the problem and they never responded. I’m going to press charges against these scammers.

Ordered stuff for hop up to Canada, no issues.

Wrong info on website and sent a malfunction item to me. Never refund and reply email after I shipped back the item by their request.

Worst shop you can come across. They sent me wrong items, most probably on purpose. They didn't answer my messages nor mails until i filed a complaint by PayPal. They promissed to send my money back once i return the parcel, and when the time of PayPal support expired, they stopped answering again. Those guys are spineless liars and thieves. I recommend you to avoid this shop.

First of all, there is a lot of talk about 366fps and below and that these guys can’t import into Canada. Believe it or not, that law is actually very real when it comes to 6mm air-soft.. (which makes me think an ape with pen wrote these laws).. but it’s reasonable to be concerned with that from ehobbyasia’s perspective. I also believe they will now ship the 4.5mm without trouble, yay. ITS TRUE THAT 6MM AIRSOFT WITH VELOCITY BELOW 366FPS ARE NOT EVEN CONSIDERED AIRSOFT IN CANADA. BELOW 366FPS IS CONSIDERED A REPLICA AND THEREFORE ILLEGAL IN CANADA. (It seems that as Canadians we’re determined to let narcissistic imbeciles make all of our laws?)

I give these guys five stars because they have the best prices of stuff that is hard to find in Canada. None of the American sites have a lot of this stuff at all, and the Canadian companies have a massive mark up. (I’ve noticed that replicaairguns sells to Americans for much cheaper than he sells to his fellow Canadians, gotta love that lol)

Also, these guys are a bit of pain IF you need to deal with customer service. It seems like they don’t answer emails on anything but fridays, so expect to wait a couple of weeks if you need to get anything sorted.

I saved about 25% with these guys after shipping and exchange when compared with the best priced alternative. That’s a lot.

Despite the delay, I would send these guys my business long before sending more money to my fellow Canadians who love to take advantage of my wallet.

Thanks ehobby, now I can afford to buy another BB gun now :)

California has one of the strictest law in airsoft import/transport, and this company got everything right. That is only like 3 business days since pass Monday was a Holiday. Highly recommended to buy from eHobby Asia!

Guarder steel bipod arrived in about 10 days. Email was sent to say it had been shipped and tracking was always available. 5*. Will def be back!

If you are going to write a bad review about their communication, at least demonstrate the basic ability to write in understandable English, perhaps the comms were bad because they couldn't understand you.

eHobbyasia has been nothing but an incredibly reliable airsoft shop, they are practically the Amazon of anything airsoft related, their prices are often the cheapest, and for some reason they will always give you a discount which only comes up when you're at the PayPal checkout page. I've also never had any problem with their customer service, whether by email or by phone, and most of the time (at 1-2 orders a month minimum), I rarely have to even use them as goods are just ordered and delivered without any issues.

As usual, it is expected that you know about the UK laws on realistic airsoft replicas, and the import custom charges that comes with ordering anything outside of the UK and EU, don't blame an Asian retailer for your own ignorance if you run into those issues.

Some friends and I bought a load of stuff fra eHobby Asia, and we were all expecting it to arrive in about 2 weeks time. They ship from Hong Kong, and we live in Denmark, almost on the other side of the planet, and even though it is a long way it only took 3 work days for our stuff to arrive. Everything was in perfect condition and well packed and shipped. The batteries we bought was even fully charged, so we could test our things right away.
I can only recommend eHobby Asia. Nothing bad from their part. Even their customer service is perfect, as i wrote to them multiple times and got perfectly clear answers very quickly.
For anyone who wants to buy airsoft gear, this is the place to go to. Definetely going to buy from them again!

expedited shipping is a joke waste of money. Bad customer service if they even had one to start with. International buyers beware. They don't react unless you file a claim.
